Great review. Using the highest level of assist really did give a honest look it's climbing prowess ( or lack of it ) . Having said that it's a budget bike and not bad for the money . I believe they only fit a 12 amp controller to these.
Is this the Netuno Plus model? You have the controls on the left of the handlebar. Other reviews I've seen for the basic Netuno have no controller as levels of assist are operated from the centre control/display .
if you want to know how to remove the speed/power limit.. get in touch. :) it makes it more like you would expect the power to be. Also i added a throttle which solves the pulling away from junctions issue. Thanks for the video.. i miss dartmoor.
I've owned this model of bike since 2022. The battery died after about 18 months. I took care of the bike, charging it as per the instructions. The battery was a 14.5ah 36 volt, I waited 7 months for a replacement!!! I paid approx £1200 new, now I see thy are selling them off a lot cheaper as they bring out new models. Beware the battery replacement is not and will not be easy in the future for this model of bike...
Given my experience with another bike at around the same spec/price I would be interested in hearing some reviews of customer service / post sales support? Something of a minefield with most machines of this type gathering from my investigations of a number of brands.
I end up watching many reviews and I wish they were all as the thorough as your's 👍perfect review vid
