Hi. the rattling is the controller in the frame just above the battery release key, If you remove the battery and the four screws round the latch you will have access to the controller , if you pack round the controller with a peace of foam or kitchen sponges as I did no more rattle, you could also use an old inner tube folded up, let me know how you tackle this common problem with the netuno.

Thanks for the review. I've been looking into this bike and the Eleglide M2. Im torn as the M2 has better hydraulic brakes but not the torque sensor. Better brakes are obviously safer but how much of a difference does the torque sensor make really in comparison?
Its got the upgraded buttons and display. You habe to pay extra for them. The standard one has the buttons on the centre display . You have to go one handed while riding to change anything. Not the best idea or design.
@@TheTechGiantUA-cam I’ve seen a few videos off E bikes blowing up inside peoples houses, there was a guy in the local rag the other day he had one in his hallway and it just blew up in the middle of the night fortunately he and his family got out but the house was gutted 😭
Received mine this week. The bicycle screen doesn't turn on at all. The charger shows green light so the battery must be charged. I am getting 31V on the battery terminals with a multimeter. When the battery is installed and I press the 'on' button nothing happens. The screen stays off. Absolute rubbish. Do not buy and read genuine reviews, not paid ones
Been looking into these and I think if I get one I'll get a 48v 20 ah mountain ebike and change the stickers ...(lol) talked to a guy I know and he has a Specialized 40mph for over a year uses daily and never been pulled in Birmingham, he reckons you just need to use your head and not make it obvious when close to let's say interested people as they aren't that bothered in reality if your riding sensibly as not worth the paper work ...hmm, maybe I'll risk it if I decide to get one myself .
Have you ridden one before? If not then I'd highly recommend hiring one out for a couple of hours to see if you like them. I first tried one out, whilst on holiday in Mallorca, and within 30 seconds of me riding it, I was sold. On my return to the UK, I had purchased one within a week 😊 They are honestly that good.

Good review bud nicest one I have seen at that price point anyway , shame the law limit's them to 15 mph if 20/25 I'd get one myself but id take the battery off and set up outside charging if I had one myself as wouldn't feel comfortable with that battery indoors .
DON’T BUY THESE BIKES! I bought three, one for each of my daughters and one for a Ukrainian friend who stayed with us. All three have failed. Spent many hours getting the company to send me new batteries. Total waste of time and money.

As I've mentioned in another post, anything with a battery is a potential risk. Even the device you are typing your messages on. Ebikes will just be the flavour of the month for the press to report on. Give it a few weeks and it will be another gadget that we all need to have sleepless nights over.

I think that is the WORST idea I have seen on a bike,and thats ANY bike....Integrating a screen in the neck of the bike!!! LOLOL..Wow. What a MAJOR FAIL. Never buying that thing . Whats wrong with just having it on top, removable, and UNSTUPID? lol... And it gets better...mount the phone to the bike...LOL...this is painful!! What a 30-100 bike computer can do is now in the hands of 2 other devices...LOL Stupid is as stupid does!...LOL, it just gets better, not even a auto dim screen. Just leave a blank spot for the phone or bike puter, and THAT IS all anyone needs. I reminds me of the $400 Walmart bike, just with a lot more "features". If its under $600-650, its decent...other than the silly screen design idea, geez..
These bikes are rubbish,my battery failed just after the warranty, Eskute wanted another £400 to replace,after professionally testing it,the battery was faulty 💥,after service& customer care with Eskute is garbage & these are basically useless after a short time....👎

To be fair, you can get that happen with anything that has a battery inside.

Are we just gonna ignore tge The Screen Flickering and wrong Readings which I'm not sure if it's happening due to the Rain ☔???
The screen flickering is not visible to the naked eye, it only shows on camera due to the refresh rate.

Yeah the UK ebike limit could do with being increased, as 15.5mph is a bit pants.
Just seen the US version 750w 20+ mph and throttle for just a little more ...!! Shame UK b/s laws again .
