Lorena, I know this is a while ago now. It is an intense pose and depending on the tightness in your back, you can feel tender after doing this pose as the muscles have elongated and stretched out. In terms of where you felt it, in your case the mid-back, you may have experienced more release in that area from where deeper tension was worked out, which would feel tender after. Always important as mentioned in the video not to have any injuries in the spine when doing the pose.
