The spirit of Love transcends even after life. My uncle died in 1986 through tragic circumstances (gun wound). His wife also died in a tragic vehicle accident later in 2000. It was decided that we rest the wife alongside side her waiting husband. A grave was dug up next to the husbands grave ( approx a meter apart). During the burial after the final rites were said, the coffin was lowered down the grave using ropes. The most remarkable thing happened that got everyone startled. Once the coffin reached the base of the grave and the ropes retracted, a supernatural force pushed the coffin from the centre of the grave and had it plunged against the wall of the grave directly adjacent to her loving husbands grave. It was as though she had been missing him and couldnt wait to reunite with her husband. It was physical phenomenon that confirms that love transcends even after death. This incident was witnessed by many people. I have still photos of that incident with me.

The phenomenon known as Incorrupt happened with from what I read with Medgar Evers, Civil Rights Activist and the Big Bopper aka The Day Rick N Roll Died. He perished in a Plane crash with Ritchie Valens and Buddy Holly. The Decomposition process is delayed after Death for some reason or another. Great one Lamont!

    Desiree… such a nice name.
A line from a song by the singer Desiree… “ All I know, all I know .. love will save the day”

ladysuda3807: As an aside, Desiree is the middle name of Lucille Ball. When I saw the mom's name on the headstone I immediately thought of it. Lucy was born in 1911 so perhaps the name was more known way back when.

I have seen something like this occur when a heavy vehicle, (truck etc) drives over a grave causing the liner to burst. Another possibility is that there could have been methane gas collected in the grave from numerous possible sources... There is a lot of methane gas in cemeteries!

The dirt would not have to be moved for his love to bond with his mother. It was vandalism. Some people have no respect for the dead. They will even steal flowers from graves. Thats pretty low thing for one to do at graves.
Just how this sick world has evolved. Not many would do something like that.

I do believe in miracles and thank you Lamont. When I worked at a Cemetery, I used a pipe connected to the hose to jet dirt around the sides of the vault and used a tamper to push the dirt down. Maybe that didn’t occur leaving a cavity of space that eventually gave way? Just a thought.

My theory is when they drove over it with a tractor and broke the vault accidentally at some point and gophers or other ground digging animals disturbed the dirt. I've seen it happen when, accidentally cracking a vault. There are signs and wonders in the earth. Love is real.
