@@jamesabroad8589 Absolutely my friend - Hope all is well with you & the family also. Thanks for the house tour. That place looks beautiful. Stay Safe & Stay Well !!
Nice work on this vid. Enjoyed that. Maybe you should open a real estate gig as your "moonlighting" job. You have a natural presentation skill with this stuff. This property looks to make some fortunate buyer quite happy indeed.
Build quality looks good, I’m the same as you I would get that grate by the pool removed or converted to a doorway….but another great video James thank you
James, good video. Nice change to visit a house where the developer has thought about the design and layout. The outdoor shower and bath might be mozzie central 😂.
Kitchen units aside I like this one 👍 only other thing would be the pool looks a little small. the wife preferred the one without the pool interestingly, and I think my idea of price is stuck in the 2000s but decent value really 😎👍 Another great vid mate 👍
Hello James, We are really enjoying the real estate videos. I found this villa a little bit quirky, Can you images the mozzies if you try and have a bath outside in the evening? I've learnt through experience that if I can, I will try and keep at least 100M distance from my house to any neighbours. We are buying 4 rai in Nong Kula (between Bang Rakam and Lan Krabue about 30 miles west of Phitsanulok). Planning on building a pool villa there, jing 🙂.
Great video, looking forward to the next one.🎉 The house is really Nice And a Nice design, verry appealing. Is it possible too show houses with 3 to4 rooms for families of 4a5 members? Cheers
Is it just me or does this seem a bit overpriced? I built a 72 Sqm. home 3 years ago here in rural Buriram for 8500.00 baht per Sqm. (I already owned the land) and I don't believe this price has gone up generally much since then. I have a similar home plan at 310 Sqm not including my 4X10 pool currently priced at about 3.5 million to build right now. This is using a local fellow who has a crew that does just as good work as one of these "Companies." Again this price does not include that I already own the land.
Nice video James
Loved this villa and price. 👍
Cheers Joe, hope all's well mate.👍🍺
I'm impressed, like the idea of the outside shower and bath.
Nice house build & value for money with the pool.
The villa looks absolutely stunning and is offered at such an affordable price.
Yes, I was impressed too. 👍🍺
One of my favorite areas of Thailand. Thank you for showing this house.

Wow , really nice design , almost Balinese . Would sell well in a more tourist area .
True, kind of shocked to see it in Phitsanulok.👍🍺

Yes, might need Mossie coils for the evening bath.😁👍🍺
Cool house. Seems that Phitsanulok has a bit more high end options than Tak.
Want to see a “pool villa “ in Bantak? I need a new project 😆
Bantak had its own pool Villa lol. The one next to the ping. I'll have to check that out again one day lol. All the best.👍🍺
Nice one, James.
Very nice build. A shame you keep forgetting the chinese swimwear for these pools. 😁
Haha. One day mate.👍🍺
Nice,a challenge to fix a light bulb, get the misses to do it 😆
Yes, I'd have a few problems. Two left hands lol.👍🍺
Great villa.
Yes agree, I was pleasantly surprised.👍🍺
An outdoor tub in Thailand! The mosquitoes will love it!

Well that's sweet!
Some great features and deign elements that I haven't seen o many other villas at much higher price points
Very true. Great finish as well.👍🍺
What a beautiful home. How does Phitsanulok fare during the smokey season?
To be honest, it's pretty bad everywhere up north.👍🍺
James, Com'on that's not a cooker, it's a hob 😜 stunning property though, good find !
Yes, I thought you'd be on my back lol. I'll get it right one day.😁👍🍺

Yes, if you can have space from neighbours, it's always a bonus. Good luck with the build.👍🍺

Cheers, glad u liked the video. 👍🍺
It is a good price, I guessed 7M...but it is out in the bush, maybe thats why it is "cheap".
Yes, cheaper land, but only five minutes from Central Phitsanulok.👍🍺

Yes, it is always cheaper to build yourself, but some don't want the stress or have the time.👍🍺
i have a house in phitsanulok butt this is wery nice
Yes, quite a surprise to find something like that in Phitsanulok.👍🍺
shoes! ;)
Damn dude, you were only about 25 km. from a great pizza.
It was a quick stop off. I'll have to take you up on that offer one day.👍🍺
the sizes seem a little "off"
I think the house size is liveable area including pool etc.👍🍺
@ I'm at about the same cost for our little house just outside Khon Kaen.
got to be honest James, I dont like these Real Estate vids. Much prefer your out and about videos, or home life vids.
Many people do and I mix things up. I've always done it and enjoy making them. You can easily skip the property videos.👍🍺
