The house is lovely - the question however is when houses will be built on the neighbour lots, which will change completely the ambiance inside and outside. I don't know who built the home but the design and decor was from Pui, who owns the home and remodels others. Email me for more info.

I guess 30k. For 50k, you should get a bigger lot with more privacy. Either ways indeed I wouldn’t recommend to “buy” land in Thailand, but that’s another story. If you want rental revenue, safer to focus on foreign freehold condos. Just my opinion.
Please do show the 2 lots on both sides. I am looking to relocate with my parents (need a house), myself (need a house) and my sister with kids (need a house). It would be ideal to have 3 houses next to each other. We have 2 cats and a nanny as well.
Why buy a house in Hua Hin when you can rent decent "villas" with pools for as little as $750 to $800 a month. That's 25,000 to 30,000 Bt. Go there during the rainy low season when you will have the best leverage and negotiate a low cost, long-term lease.

A villa would be a dream, but for the safety of travelling around once in a while a condo makes more sense.
I would take the Pool Villa for sure. No long drive out of town to get to it. That was a huge bonus.
Probably a condo as it's easier to maintain and more suitable for a single occupant.
Do they rent those Villas?
There are many villas for rent in Hua Hin but not this one.
