The idea for the multiplayer mode is genius! If you ever figure out how to program online games, I would suggest making the multiplayer mode. I think that there would be a lot of people who'd like it too!
Would be cool also coop mode with alternative storylines. Info chan will send 4 student assasins to eliminate Ayano's rivals. Ayano will be appears as a npc. Players can customize their character (for example gender, hairstyle and etc). Their parents it's a barber killer from 1980 mode.
Yes it would be awesome if there would be like rivals and yandere players and the rival don't know who is the yandere and must get proof to get the arrested and wins who ends up making senpai fall in love with them The yandere would sabotage them or win by killing the but that would be hard because if the yandera attacks the other player has the chance of defending themselves or evade traps
I read somewhere that if Ayano failed to eliminate Osana, she would (hypothetically) encourage him to follow his dream. Amai convinces him to be a cook, Kizana persuades him to be an actor, etc. I'm not sure what Oka, Hanako, Osoro and Megami do though.
i actually think the concept of ayano receiving postcards from ryoba during the duration of the game is smart, and i think if that were a feature perhaps it could be in the form of loading screen tips? like during the loading screen it will display a postcard and have various game tips like a reminder how to clean up after a violent action or where various items are located

Yandere dev, I think students shouldn't react to you as being suspicious when you're just crouching in one place, they could just think you're tieing your shoes or getting something you have dropped. Unless you start walking around like that. I think it would be more convenient for the player. But crawling is of course outright weird and suspicious. Keep up he good work
Honestly I love the street over an entire town just as it is. Maybe if you wanna expand on it in the future, you can add a few extra streets to have this mini-town if anything. But Yandere Simulator's environment has always been the school for me so no need for a town imo.

Lol, I actually really relate and empathise with Taro on that one. I want to be an author. I know that's exactly what I want to do. But it's not a job. You don't get employed and paid regularly for it. So I want to go into a job I'll love, but the career I want is fuzzy, I don't know what I'll do.
Assassin's Creed III had pretty good social-stealth-based multiplayer. It was very similar to what you described, with the important distinction that you could choose your avatar from a selection of available appearances instead of getting a random one.
The described multiplayer is very similar in description to one of the Assassin's creed multiplayer modes. I can already imagine the headline of the news on some website about games "YandereDev is going to resurrect AC multiplayer in response to the closure of servers"
I think it could be beneficial if Ayano could send a weekly email to her parents, as well as damaging if she includes any evidence she does something wrong. she knows the difference between right and wrong, but only really acts on it to benefit herself or her reputation. If Ayano sends an email to her father talking about her interests (which is something only her family knows she is lacking in), or if she asks her mother for advice on certain subjects such as food allergies and how they affect people if she joins the cooking club (possible elimination). I agree with blades being a traditional Yandere weapon, but you could use different projectile weapons such as a slingshot in order to create a distraction, without it being deadly. That multiplayer idea is very entertaining, although it might be beneficial to keep the student population to about 100 or so students, therefore, there are plenty of random students to go through. And Ayano most likely won't have time to eliminate 10 random students AND her rival.
@@polaquinha Hey! I have food allergies and every now and again I have come in contact with allergens. I suspect it won't stop anytime soon even though I'm checking labels all the time. Basically, I have to physically ingest the allergen. Some products like dairy will just give me a shitty day, similar to the current Emetic poison method. But if I ingest something that could kill me, I would need to utilize an epinephrine pen, or epipen, and call an ambulance. Simply spiking a victims food wouldn't be enough. You'd have to steal the epipen, either from the bookbag or the nurses office, spike the food, (maybe) steal the victim's phone as well to prevent emergency services from being contacted, and the only harm that would be done is to the nurse. She would be fired for negligence for not having the epipen. I feel like this is a good idea for Amai, since she has a cooking and food theme going for her.

A cool idea for multiplayer might be that the other player is info-chan and can use cameras and tech to help, and maybe if you get a mind-broken student, the other person can use it for a one time kill or can maybe set traps as a sort of watered down player
The description of the multiplayer mode concept reminds me of Assassin's Creed's multiplayer mode, where you are given a target and "pursuers" that are other players who have been given you as a target. Sounds like a fun mode for Yandere Simulator if were to be added, but no worries if it doesn't.

If multiplayer will be added then how about versus mode for mission mode? 1st player play as Ayano and 2nd player will play as Nemesis. Nemesis mechanics: Nemesis are not allowed to talk students and club leader, the student council will not suspect her, Nemesis can kill only Ayano, Nemesis can be apprehended if she kills Ayano infront of students, Nemesis can run but with limited stamina, Nemesis will get game over if any students sees her cleaning blood, dragging a body and etc. Other mechanics: Only Ayano can starts class time, yandere vision does not slow, dead 1st player will become spectator until nemesis remove blood, bloody knife and corpse. if Ayano or Nemesis are apprehended, then one of the players will win.

I think that would be too many students. It's true that it will make the players to think and come up with a smart strategy to kill the rival, but in Megami's weeks that would result in 190 students! It would require a detailed routine for each student, more desks, etc.

@@honkskaii now that i think about it yea he does seem a bit mind broken in the tapes, and yes i have watched the 1980’s mod videos and listened to the tapes but jokichi seems mind broken enough to be convinced into loving ryoba somewhat but not mind broken enough to lose almost all hope and consciousness as he still has some will of his own if you looked at tape 10 he says something like “that’s the least of my worries” when ryoba asks if he’s afraid of his wife cheating on him/going away, meaning he wishes to still be free from ryoba and hasn’t been fully brainwashed into believing otherwise. he seems to mostly be threatened by ryoba as he also is being shown quickly rewording his words and choices whenever he thinks he slipped up around ryoba
I was thinking about what you said about the mom sending home postcards with instructions on how to do away with rivals, and I really do love that idea, she couldn't blatantly say how to do so, but it would be interesting if she 'suggested' methods with the cover of explaining steps to a hobby or interest, like cooking or gardening. Perhaps highlighting certain areas as the postcard is read out loud in game play.
I was watching this video and my brother came into the room and asked, "How do you find those educational videos?" I think the way you speak is what made him ask that. I guess yandere simulator is educational but not in a good way. Thinking about it now.. Yandev does sound like the voiceover for one of those.

i know it's unlikely to ever happen, but one idea I came up with one of my friends who does have the game(I sadly haven't been able to get it yet) is that if a gun were added in the game, it would have to be extremely hard to get a hold of, and make a VERY loud noise, attracting people's attention. He seemed to like that idea, but in the recent year or so since then, I have come up with a different function added on: ammo. Perhaps you only had one or to shot to use the gun, making it harder to use right. Also, the gun wouldn't bring people to you, it would make all the teachers worried for their student's safety. So, they send all students to their main classes, with their teachers, and the other teachers would search for the person with the gun, while also calling the police. Again, this isn't really saying I would actually want this in the game, it just something I thought up while bored that I wanted to share.
It's Japan, a normal country, not US, lol, for obvius reasons guns won't be added. In fact, the laws in Japan about guns are harsh, not even the Yakuza uses them.

I think it would be kind of weird for ryoba to be aware of how dangerous the bloodline is and then give her daughter advice about murder because wouldn’t a mother want to help their daughter in some other way with her condition? and also ayano could be put trough a court trial just like ryoba and wouldn’t she not want that for her daughter? also maybe there could be like phone calls with ayano and ryoba or postcards but it wouldn’t all have to be a tutorial or anything it could just be a cute little detail in the game (uhh also if theres some lore details that ive missed then um sorry these are just my thoughts ._.)
Remember that ryoba also murdered her rivals and possibly others depending on how you play 1980s mode. I think she might give advice to Ayano so no one catches her, and even if they do, she can convince them that she's not guilty at all and whoever accused her is lying. I think Ryoba knows just how empty Ayano feels, and she wants Ayano to feel something, anything, even if she has to do that by murdering ten girls and kidnapping senpai.

The mysterious girl who went to America. 2 outcome: Ryoba knows her child would find her love so she is now chasing the journalist to keep her husband from thinking his child has started to mold into her mother but to also keep the journalist distracted so he doesn't have to come after Ayano to put her in the same situation as she had so there family don't fall apart leading Ayano to never have her senpia and Ryoba to have a falling out with her husband... I kinda pulled that one from thin air
Hey Yandere-dev, I have one idea, what if Kokoros task would be trying to get her friends (the bullies) to stop gossiping and bullying other students in their free time. The first way to stop them would be the classic, or exposing the other bullies and gossiping about them to drag the reputation down, causing the bullies to kill themselves one by one. Just an idea.

Him mentioning all these cassette tapes reminds me of horizon, when you can find data points (audio, hologran, and text) where you can pull up the setting and find the whole collection there, and see how many you have or need to get, and reread or listen too. It would be helpful if something like that was in the final game for the cassetes. Ifk if there is now, is dont think there is, bit I think there is a system for a the conversations that can be easedropped on.
I do think that for interacting with her mother, there should be safer methods in gaining information because of identity and with raising eyebrows if ykyk good luck dev
I think YS multiplayer should contain few modes: like in video, command work on eliminating rivals or all students, mission miltiplayer, maybe just PVP where you need kill another player first and of course sandbox multiplayer with cheats and easter eggs , where you can just have fun

A cool idea for multiplayer might be that the other player is info-chan and can use cameras and tech to help, and maybe if you get a mind-broken student, the other person can use it for a one time kill or can maybe set traps as a sort of watered down player

I go to a school like Akademi and my school has over 1000 students and it will be almost impossible to get away with murder.
The description of the multiplayer mode concept reminds me of Assassin's Creed's multiplayer mode, where you are given a target and "pursuers" that are other players who have been given you as a target. Sounds like a fun mode for Yandere Simulator if were to be added, but no worries if it doesn't.
I love the multiplayer mode concept! I don't play online games much, but your idea actually piques my interest and I can see myself playing it.

If multiplayer will be added then how about versus mode for mission mode? 1st player play as Ayano and 2nd player will play as Nemesis.
Nemesis mechanics: Nemesis are not allowed to talk students and club leader, the student council will not suspect her, Nemesis can kill only Ayano, Nemesis can be apprehended if she kills Ayano infront of students, Nemesis can run but with limited stamina, Nemesis will get game over if any students sees her cleaning blood, dragging a body and etc.
Other mechanics: Only Ayano can starts class time, yandere vision does not slow, dead 1st player will become spectator until nemesis remove blood, bloody knife and corpse. if Ayano or Nemesis are apprehended, then one of the players will win.

I think you should have 10 more students with each passing week. So on Osana's Week, you have 90 students, Amai's Week, you have 100… and so on.

I think that would be too many students. It's true that it will make the players to think and come up with a smart strategy to kill the rival, but in Megami's weeks that would result in 190 students! It would require a detailed routine for each student, more desks, etc.

if you looked at tape 10 he says something like “that’s the least of my worries” when ryoba asks if he’s afraid of his wife cheating on him/going away, meaning he wishes to still be free from ryoba and hasn’t been fully brainwashed into believing otherwise. he seems to mostly be threatened by ryoba as he also is being shown quickly rewording his words and choices whenever he thinks he slipped up around ryoba

I was thinking about what you said about the mom sending home postcards with instructions on how to do away with rivals, and I really do love that idea, she couldn't blatantly say how to do so, but it would be interesting if she 'suggested' methods with the cover of explaining steps to a hobby or interest, like cooking or gardening. Perhaps highlighting certain areas as the postcard is read out loud in game play.

the fire extinguisher bug got me laughing and btw you should like add 2 versions of the multiplayer (if possible) 1.Is the first idea and 2.you can play with people to eliminate the rivals get endings or just random stuff
i know it's unlikely to ever happen, but one idea I came up with one of my friends who does have the game(I sadly haven't been able to get it yet) is that if a gun were added in the game, it would have to be extremely hard to get a hold of, and make a VERY loud noise, attracting people's attention. He seemed to like that idea, but in the recent year or so since then, I have come up with a different function added on: ammo. Perhaps you only had one or to shot to use the gun, making it harder to use right. Also, the gun wouldn't bring people to you, it would make all the teachers worried for their student's safety. So, they send all students to their main classes, with their teachers, and the other teachers would search for the person with the gun, while also calling the police. Again, this isn't really saying I would actually want this in the game, it just something I thought up while bored that I wanted to share.
It's Japan, a normal country, not US, lol, for obvius reasons guns won't be added. In fact, the laws in Japan about guns are harsh, not even the Yakuza uses them.

I think it would be kind of weird for ryoba to be aware of how dangerous the bloodline is and then give her daughter advice about murder because wouldn’t a mother want to help their daughter in some other way with her condition? and also ayano could be put trough a court trial just like ryoba and wouldn’t she not want that for her daughter? also maybe there could be like phone calls with ayano and ryoba or postcards but it wouldn’t all have to be a tutorial or anything it could just be a cute little detail in the game (uhh also if theres some lore details that ive missed then um sorry these are just my thoughts ._.)
Remember that ryoba also murdered her rivals and possibly others depending on how you play 1980s mode. I think she might give advice to Ayano so no one catches her, and even if they do, she can convince them that she's not guilty at all and whoever accused her is lying.
I think Ryoba knows just how empty Ayano feels, and she wants Ayano to feel something, anything, even if she has to do that by murdering ten girls and kidnapping senpai.

1 outcome: Why Ryoba is in America is because of the journalist but he is there trying to look for someone... The mysterious girl who went to America.
2 outcome: Ryoba knows her child would find her love so she is now chasing the journalist to keep her husband from thinking his child has started to mold into her mother but to also keep the journalist distracted so he doesn't have to come after Ayano to put her in the same situation as she had so there family don't fall apart leading Ayano to never have her senpia and Ryoba to have a falling out with her husband... I kinda pulled that one from thin air
Hey Yandere-dev, I have one idea, what if Kokoros task would be trying to get her friends (the bullies) to stop gossiping and bullying other students in their free time. The first way to stop them would be the classic, or exposing the other bullies and gossiping about them to drag the reputation down, causing the bullies to kill themselves one by one. Just an idea.

Him mentioning all these cassette tapes reminds me of horizon, when you can find data points (audio, hologran, and text) where you can pull up the setting and find the whole collection there, and see how many you have or need to get, and reread or listen too. It would be helpful if something like that was in the final game for the cassetes. Ifk if there is now, is dont think there is, bit I think there is a system for a the conversations that can be easedropped on.
I do think that for interacting with her mother, there should be safer methods in gaining information because of identity and with raising eyebrows if ykyk good luck dev
