It's wholesome to see Kokona is teaching Ayano and Player how to play the game. She was a test rival so of course Kokona is the only one can teach how to play.
That’s a very realistic rehearsal, like they have fake blood, removable limbs, real life VFX and so much. You could almost think they are actually dying and not doing a play
I LOVE just the small little detail of Ayano getting scared when Kokona surprises her from behind. You could tell Ayano was annoyed that Kokona interrupted her day dreaming of senpai. Best of all though, it made Ayano feel real and that the characters are alive. It’s the little details like this that make the game come to life
I can't think of a better way to implement a tutorial for this game. I remember hearing you talk about doing something like this in the past, and I'm glad you went through with it. I'm going to miss Kokona quite a bit to be honest (as a rival), she's so iconic!
Kokona will always be the best rival in my book, simply because she's been there since the very beginning, even though, she's not an "official rival", she'll always be the true first rival

Did Cameron make new music for this? I feel like I've never heard this one before. Last but not least, Kokona's VA is awesome!

This is really good. Just a suggestion, there's becoming quite a bit of lists of "how to's" in the game, I think this may make new players skip over it because it looks like a lot, like info-chan's lists, the tutorial, this new tutorial, the Hairdresser's tips, etc. Instead, maybe inside her phone/computer she has a "Guide to Murder" which breaks down simple aspects that are often forgotten, with graphics/chibis. Make things simple like "A few ways to make a room less guarded...", "Some useful tools could be inside of locked rooms...(shed, storage closet)", "I could make some friends and they could become important tools..", "Infochan seems to have my back...she could help me take down my rival...". Keep this tutorial but just make some of the "list"-y aspects into graphics/things easier to digest. And alot of new players may feel they HAVE to do something a certain way when it's generally a sandbox so maybe expand on that too like Kokona saying "well you could also do that!" EDIT: It would also be refreshing for returning players, because frequently we have to look up how to do things.

O M G i love this tutorial so much! It's amazing and i'm so happy to finally hear Kokona's voice again. She is kinda also a "tutorial rival" just like Sumire. I mean she's the main target, but she is not dying (and i'm happy that she's not lol)
I love this tutorial... It's a plausible enough story, and it have awesome quality. I'm korean, and I learned english cause I want to play this game smoothly. I hope this game spreads more widely and becomes a famous game in Korea as well. I will always cheer you up Yandev!
Looks good. I like how the tutorial is implemented in-universe and given more personality than just "here's the basic mechanics." If I could offer some words of advice, I'd say that you could shorten certain tutorials down some: there's not really any reason to force the player to dump all five bodies into the furnace before turning it on. Also, personally speaking, I would think that some more complicated strategies like the tripwire should be something the player either has to unlock from Info-Chan or figure out themselves: it'd be more satisfying to the player if they learn how to do something more complicated like that on their own. Anyway, it's all looking great and can't wait for more info on the game!
This is great! It still has some issues, but otherwise - good job. Personal tip - to avoid Ayano's hair and skirt hopping up, you could add a fake white overlay after the real loading (so the hair and skirt would hop up unseen)
I think it would be really cute if sometimes we heard Riku chime in with stuff like "Wait but it's way harder to get blood out of white clothing" and kokona chiming in with "well this is fictional silly :)" I don't know I just think it would be really cute if sometimes we heard another voice popping and question the logistics and Kokona reminding them that this is a fictional scenario
though the hair snapping and sudden dropping of the items is a bit anti-climactic, I ABSOLUTELY love the entirety of it, it's implemented so creatively, and ties in with the "lore" so well, as well as lays ground for a Pacifist Run in 202X mode. Especially, I love the way Kokona talks about the play, it feels so natural, yet you can feel the dramatic-ness of a play.

Even though I've followed the development of YanSim and played since 2016 basically, I was super rusty now that I started playing again, and this tutorial was fun enough to make me familiar with the mechanics again, although I wonder why the school would let a play like that take place kfkfkfk. The tutorial is fantastic and clear, but it does bring one thing to mind Carrying every tarp bag individually to the incinerator feels overly tedious and slightly unrealistic, if we increase our PE stat (or joined the Sports Club), could we possibly carry a heavy item in each hand?
Damn, Kokona's an amazing actress, I don't know how she faked being chopped up, it lookef so real. Really, this tutorial is really cool, also, in the future you could give the incinerator a more carbord-y texture, this way it would look more like a play.

Little improvement that would make sense, in the top text of the final test it should also say "Press the xx button to review the controls again" and show the controlls on screen, like in the loading screen. If I'm a new player there's no way I'm going to remember all the buttons to the laugh, yandere vision, removing clothing, etc without getting frustrated mashing all the buttons on the keyboard/controller
