I’ve been debating if I should get a CDL license. I retired from the army in 2014, and have been working at a maximum security prison ever since. So I’m a little nervous to start a new career. I bring home roughly $3,600 a month. Would I make that being a new driver? I’ve tried googling it and get all kinds of numbers. So I wanted to ask someone who drives. Stay safe out there🤙

@@Roadrunnania when in lived in Fort Lauderdale I drove for reefer companies and Heartland Express. Did well with Heartland. Not what I make out here, but did ok.

Hey, Question, I live in Florida and seems near impossible to find a driving job here. Companies are hiring all the other 47 states. How did you go about transferring your licenses to Georgia? Did you have to get proof of residency? Thanks.
I know a lot of companies have dedicated accounts that you can sign onto out of Florida. As far as OTR goes, some won’t hire out of Florida. Yes you will need proof of residency to transfer your license to Georgia. 2 pieces of mail.
2nd of May my cast comes off and I get a walking cast and I'm going to clean my truck spring cleaning I fractured my ankle and fractured a bone in my foot trucking is dangerous you are a pack rat like I am that's why I'm cleaning my truck I'm going to take less stuff with me on the road now cuz I figured I don't need all stuff
