@@oTurkish13x it's the Google car. You can tell certain google cars from another by the camera quality and what you see below when you try to look at the car. Christmas island propably had one Google car drive around so if you see the colors and distortion the Google car makes you can tell its general location even if the surrounding can be multiple locations.

IBM broke all the rules but went ahead and declared themselves the winner anyway knowing that's the story that would get the headlines. Arguably Garry never lost to the computer while world champion because any arbiter other than IBM would have disqualified Deep Blue, but certainly that was the beginning of the end for humans vs computers at chess.

In order to prove they weren't cheating in some way IBM agreed to release info about the move selections and algorithm between games, this would show they didn't have gm's helping the computer in the background, and also give Kasparov the chance to see some of the computers ideas, where to be fair IBM had a huge history of Kasparov's past games to do likewise. When it came to it I believe IBM suddenly refused to release any of the information they had agreed to in the match contract. If a human broke the rules for a match in the same way I'm pretty sure they would be defaulted.

Software AI means that they calculate their moves based on the existing games on their database. Hardware AI means that they 'LITERALLY' brute force calculate moves, with the "optimal" possibilities, with depths that can even reach more than 50 moves deep, at the expense of CPU and GPU. Rainbolt's opponent AI here is a Hardware AI.
A good idea for tournament would be to make a script, so 4 players get rotated in 90 degrees intervals, so they all face different part of the location. NMPZ. Would be so exciting to watch from every perspective!
I remember like 10 years ago I read a computer vision paper claiming that every region in the world has a unique colour palette to within an accuracy of a few 10s of kilometres. Amazing to see that in action today.
Seems unrealistic considering lighting affects the actual color of photos quite a bit. Different times of day or clouds cause signicantly different colors in photographs. I am not sure what data someone could use to determine that regions have specific color palettes, let alone using the colors from Google maps photos to determine this. What about roads or bricks or cars in the pictures?
