We have the same situation. We have neighborhood parties and the teenagers don’t do anything worse than I did when I was that age. Some people forget that they too once acted stupid. I still do but it’s a different scenario.
The people legit bought the property and built a house on it. You can’t get mad because they have the right to build on the property they bought. I get where he’s coming from but he’s taking it way out of proportion and it was just a view.
I understand this since it’s someone’s else’s property but typically houses around the water has, views as a reason to buy the house and then they cost a lot more then a house typically like a 200k house just because of the watcher view and beach acces could be 300k which is a lot of extra money for that. Though it is still the neighbors property. Edit: I don’t think this justifies the neighbor I just wanted to point out a reason why so,embody might be mad because that is a lot of money you can be paying for that but if they wanted to keep it they should have bought one closer to the water I’m really sorry if I made people mad.

Sadly he passed away of COVID right in the beginning of the pandemic. I hope he is a good place now!

The guy said "giant patch of land with no houses nearby". This implies he'd actually own the land. This implies no neighbors as far as the eye can see. Nobody would be able to build anything close enough to mess with his view.
Watching the bounce castle deflate was hilarious
“Meanwhile in Florida” the most dangerous phrase in the English language.
Unlike Cali & NY. NOT
Nah, it’s “Meanwhile in D.C.”...
As soon as I hear that headline, I know I'm in for a show. Sometimes I wonder if Florida is an actual place.
A Florida radio station I listen to runs a little amusing bit called "only in Flori-duh" where they play crazy headlines of whacked out events that happen in the good-ol'-state of Florida. It's funny that there's enough content to fill a slot every day for years.
And... If the problem is a senile citizen, they can get away with anything.
The nerves ! : “Don’t build next door, I need my ocean view. “
No kidding. If this guy wanted to keep the ocean view he should have bought that lot.
Exactly, what a loser
While the purple house was ugly, it was probably built legally, so the neighbor complaining is unjustified.
That said, it would've been a kind gesture to hire an architect...
I don’t own that land, but I like to look across it, so you can’t build a house there.
@@shawnchong ugly??? I dont think theres such thing as a "ugly" when it comes to houses😂ok maybe ur talkimg bout the color, if so .... color defines a house ? Lol i wanna paint my future house green

AUS isn’t riddled with crime like the US is
Yep then CPS get called too
Well that is america for you
The us is a dangerous place. As a fellow Australian, 8 year olds walk to school all the time.
Yeah Australia had 414 murders in 2017, the USA had 17,294. Even taking population into account you're 4 times more likely to be murdered in USA than Australia so you can't really compare child safety. Look up the case of John Walsh's son.
How can these people cost others thousands and not be liable for false reports !!!!!!!

These kind of people make me so grateful that I live in a good neighborhood with good and reasonable neighbors. Sometimes their teenage kids act stupid, but that is not very often.
Exactly. Good neighbourhood is the best. Our neighbour mows our front lawn. He is the best. We pay him with a box of beer 🍺
We have the same situation. We have neighborhood parties and the teenagers don’t do anything worse than I did when I was that age. Some people forget that they too once acted stupid. I still do but it’s a different scenario.
Tractor thing sounds like something Brian Griffin and Quagmire would do
The people legit bought the property and built a house on it.
