This is possibly someone’s prayers for their family and themselves. These shouldn’t be recorded and put out for public to hear, where is the respect for the family or medicine man performing?
Non of these prayers & songs should have ever been recorded. If you have to learn from a recording as these ones my elders always told me this medicine is not for you. These sacred songs should be taken down, there are stories within them & we were told from the beginning of time if we play with our medicine one day the giants & monsters will return and to this day what do you think is going on? Fires, tornadoes, tsunami, earthquake, sickness.. etc.. tornadoes were never to hit the grounds in between the 4 sacred mountains, nowadays you hear about it every other week. Keep these songs to your self, not everyone has the same mind strength to hold these songs with in them. I was told if you can't learn these songs in a sweat lodge your not strong enough for it leave it alone, it will do you more harm then good.
