    11.16 pm in France. I’ve just completed the workout without collapsing. My wife opened the door of the garage and told me rhat I’m crazy… ok but I’m proud of me. Thanks for the crazy workout Wolf !

    💪🏿 I started burpees and other body weight exercises last year. And my body responded very well. Jumping rope is the truth. I purchased a cross rope back in 2017. Still have it after all these years. Started lifting again. But may do more body weight again. Good inspirational and motivational video. 💪🏿

    Love this. I was doing jump rope and body weight when i started my weight loss and fitness journey (lost 12kgs) wanted something more intense then found Iron Wolf and then i find Iron Wolf jump rope, incredible combo.

    Oh I just gotta try this one. I been using the foundational routine and the San Francisco prison routine you did a while back. Those are my go to. But that rope is about to humble me.

      This is the foundational routine. The first one I ever saw him do and i do at least once a week

      @@LLM2411 I can’t find the prison one. But it’s just 500 in the form of a pyramid. 30 down to 1 is 465 burpees. So you start the routine with a set of 35 and then from there 30-1. 30 second test between each set. It was the first time I did 500 because the structure of it makes you not notice how much you did. I hope that’s helpful

    Will definitely be doing this one! I love my cross rope and with burpees it’s a fantastic combo need to use my 2lb rope aswell top notch workout 💪🏻

    200 six-counts today, trying to improve the gas tank. First set of 50 as a primer with a few seconds active recovery between each rep (jog), then 4 sets of 25 unbroken, then a final set of 50 reps with a squat chaser. 50 squat thrusts as a cool down. About 600 calories according to my watch.

    I gotta try this tomorrow. Only use the 1/4lb, 1/2lb and 1lb ropes… this gives me a good way to actually use the 2lb rope.

    If you have decent skills in skipping normal rope will do wonders in this routine. It will boost the cardio in diffrent ways than shoulder smoker heavy rope. So, if you know how to do for example 'running in place' skipping method you will get smoked doing this routine with normal rope as well.

    Once I finally managed to work my way up to all 5 sets of his 30 minute circuit video and was completely wiped for the rest of the day, I scaled it back as it just didn't feel worth it. I guess maybe I shoulda kept doin it for my body to adapt.

    Going to put more volume into the pumps by replacing the burpees with navy seals and increase the time ×2 with a regular jump rope.

    I tried this workout but having to skip a rope 100 times not 30 seconds which in total would give me 2000 times to skip rope. I didn't have a 2lb weighted jump rope but I did have a gold's gym weighted jump rope. With the added warm up it took me roughly 42 minutes.

    Hey wolf. When you are skipping, the rope is going under your feet correct? I have such a hard time,getting the rope to go under my feet,while I jump. Recommendations? I'm 5'5. Whats a good rope for someone like myself?

      Yeah its going under my feet. Crossrope has different size ropes that fit your height

      Maybe jumping jacks but its hard to replicate a weighted jump rope, I would at least get a regular jump rope and do x2 or x3 the duration of the jump prescribed with a heavy rope
