In my point of view, depending on rivers that passing through other states is not correct by neglecting your state own resources. Nobody knows what will happen in the future. Instead you can use these ponds as drinking water reservoirs or tourist spots by filling Krishna and Godavari waters. Otherwise groundwater level will decrease. Irreparable lessons teaches us in the future.
