      A higher middle income positioned govt officer could not get his retirement benefits not more than 50 lacks. Then how the builders are rising the 2 bed Apartments to more than 90 lacks ? It is just because their extreme greediness. When there is abundant land is avilable unlike other cities, how the cost of middle class people apartments are fixed to the beyond their reach, the reason for increase in material/labour cost is only a projected justification when compared to their multiple cost elevation.

    Spend 1.25 crore on flat apartment and get 30000/- rental is pure dumb idea because flats hardly appreciate in value many choose flats because of easy access to bank loan and affordability than decent villa which can cost 2.25 crore atleast in descent community so mostly 95% can’t get huge loan so they are opting for flats but if they can dispose any old property and pay go for villa it will definitely appreciate in value

    High Rise Apartments will have high maintenance and unsustainable projects interms of resource utilization and create traffic jams in surrounding areas. Hence request people don’t buy high rise apartment. Once demand decreases, realtor will not build high rise. High rise is also cause of unaffordable land prices in Hyderabad.

    Excellent news... please publish this kind of news and bring the awareness in the people. Too much looting is happening especially in Hyderabad real-estate. I have enquired one flat near by LB Nagar are 1 month back the same flat not sold out till last month but price has increased 5lakhs within 1 month. GADDAMUKKU Govt is utterly failed especially in real-estate and private school fees. All realtors syndicated and increased the sqft rate to 6 to 8 k. Moreover realtors saying that almost all flats sold out only 3 to 4 flats are left. This kind of Jimmiks are playing by realtors. If this is not controlled by govt , people investments move to other states

    Yes people are unable to purchase a flat at 2 crores cost in hitech City & near by areas a middle class can afford upto 40_50 lakhs for a flat

    Flats/Apartments kalam chellindi..Biggest comedy is, the aparments were so expensive that people were unable to afford them. Now, even if the realtors decrease the prices of the flats, people are more interested in plots and will not buy flats/apartments.
