Slightly Sick EOWS* 612 Sounding Hi Lo, Aberdeen SD 3/6/24, 6:02 PM

One of 8 EOWS* 612s in Aberdeen SD, located near the intersection of N Roosevelt Rd. and 8th Ave NE, sounding Hi Lo. This video was taken about 130 ft from the base of the siren's pole.
After hitting West Bank, Sam and I had originally planned to drive to Aberdeen, but Mikey and Asa also ended up tagging along. The drive from West Bank to Aberdeen was a straight shot, since they test 5 hours apart and it takes about 5 hours to drive between the two. I was originally planning to head to the one on the far east side of town, but Mikey let us know that this one does a full 3 minutes of hi lo, and we certainly weren't disappointed.
The reason I say this siren is "slightly sick" is the hilarious glitch that happened at the end of the wind down. I have no idea what caused it, but it made this one of my all time favorite siren tests. This was also my first time hearing any EOWS series sirens, and I was a little surprised by how quiet it was, and even more so by the interesting fade in wind up that this one had. all around, this was a really fun day, and I'm happy I got to go out and do this.

What did i just hear at the end. It briefly became possessed by a demon. Slightly sick more like demented lol!
