Rapid City, South Dakota - Federal Signal EOWS 115 (Short Alert) - Siren Test - 4/15/23

After a failed attempt at getting this EOWS 115 two years ago, I decided to go for it again, which this time was successful. This 115 is located behind the Monument Health Rapid City Clinic off 6th St. and Flormann St. The 4/5 Port Thunderbolt on top of the courthouse can faintly be heard in the background of the video.
Pennington County tests their sirens on the first and third Saturday of each month at 12:00 PM Mountain Time.
