_This was such a fun video to watch! I loved seeing you explore the old mine and learn about its history. It's amazing how much history is hidden right in our own backyards. And the kachki looked absolutely delicious! I'm definitely going to have to try one of those sometime. Thanks for sharing this adventure with us. It's always inspiring to see people get out and explore._ 👍❤

Looks yummy! Hahaha! My labradoodle Bentley occasionally gets possessed by the food demon 😈 too! He will try snatch a piece of pizza 🍕 that is on its way to my mouth!

Fun video as always. Feens cracks me up, he was drooling big time!!
Yes Czech Kolaches are small and round or square with a dimple on top that is filled with fruit or curd. I’ve never heard of mat Kolaches though, maybe an American thing.
I have fond memories of eating Kolaches with coffee for breakfast in Prague back in the day 😊

Yes, the traditional kolaches are round with the filling on top. Although I've never made one that huge! 😂 The savory kind are actually called klobasniky - but seems like Texas started calling them "meat kolaches" and it spread from there. I love that you can just get them from a drive through! I'm in Michigan and if I want some I have to make them 😊 Thanks for continuing to take us on your adventures!

Sounds about right that we Americanized them 🤣 They are amazing no matter what and I was happy when they opened here! Thanks for coming along 🧡
