Two-layer of Agar Agar Coconut jelly with Pandan flavor/no oven needed deserts -Easy and delicious

    Welcome back to my channel!
    Today I’m sharing with you how to create two layers of “Agar agar coconut jelly with Pandan flavor “ -
    that is not only easy to make but it is also delicious and the perfect dessert for any time.
    Ingredients:-400 ml coconut milk (canned or fresh)-14 g agar agar powder
    -150g sugar
    -1/2 tsp salt
    -1-liter water
    -green food color
    -1 -2 tsp pandan flavor essenceInstruction:
    •Heat the water in a large saucepan over medium heat.
    •Add sugar and let it dissolve.
    •Add the agar agar and give it a swirl to mix through and dissolve.
    •Add 1/2 tsp of salt to enhance the sweetness. Stir a bit more.
    •Slowly pour in the coconut milk and stir. Gently bring to the boil and keep stirring.
    (You can use fresh coconut milk, which is better than canned coconut milk.)
    •Next, add in Pandan flavor essence, taste the mixture, and add more or less sugar and the essence of your preferred.
    •Add green food coloring powder until you get the desired color. Stir to mix well.
    •Stir occasionally and let it cook for a few more minutes until boiled.
    “Test the mixture “ by scooping 1 tsp of the mixture and letting it cool for a couple of minutes.
    •If it is firm quickly, the mixture is ready to be transferred to the mold or glass dish.
    •When boils remove it from the heat.
    Slowly pour the mixture out into the glass dish.
    •Skim any bubbles off the surface with a spoon for a smooth top finish.
    •Allow the jelly to cool on your kitchen counter.
    Then store in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
    •Once set, cut the jelly into shapes and serve.
    There you have a delicious two-layer of Agar agar coconut jelly with Pandan flavor!
