Before you strain ghee add two beetle leaf..It gives you a amazing and Delicious smell ...😍You can also have beetle leaf which is dipped in ghee...ummm yumyy🤗

Only thing one needs to take care for taste is to see that the solid is neither burnt nor remains partly white. It must be nice uniform chocolate brown, then it's yummy

There is another easy way - Boil Milk then let it cool down and store it in refrigerator (you can use the milk whithout bracking Malai on to ). - Collect Malai after 3-4 hours from cold milk(this way we can collect all the fat) - Collect Malai for 15 days and keep it in refrigerator, - On 15th day take all the Malai or Cream and start boling it(keep on stearing). It will first became thicker then slowly and gradually the ghee will start separating from Mawa. Now you have Mawa and Ghee.

You can add curry leaves , cumin seeds and many other things for scent. And for long tym storing use airtight glass container and you can boli ghee again every 6 month.
My Mom used to add betel leaf cumin and salt at the end. If betel leaf not available she used tulsi leaves instead. Very tasty .after straining ghee she used to add steaming rice to the remaining solid part mix and give us. 😋
East to clean... Keep it in warm water and clean with liquid dishwash with the help if iron scrubber... Or very simple method, use aluminum utensils to prepare ghee... Thats it...

There is another easy way

How much litter of milk is required to make 1 Kg of ghee?
25-30 kg milk you can make 1 kg ghee. And it depends on fat persent in milk.
You need approx 4 kg cream...for 1kg ghee
And we collect cream form milk everyday....after 20 to 30 days we collect enough cream for making ghee..
