    Before you strain ghee add two beetle leaf..It gives you a amazing and Delicious smell ...😍You can also have beetle leaf which is dipped in ghee...ummm yumyy🤗

    The milk solid which is left behind after the ghee is made from butter, is very tasty. Mix it with a little sugar eat it.

      @@TheChinmayPatil19 when you drink fullcream milk or use it for anything, you anyway consume it all. And when you have butter/ghee, what of the milk solid?
      Only thing one needs to take care for taste is to see that the solid is neither burnt nor remains partly white. It must be nice uniform chocolate brown, then it's yummy

    This is the perfect method to get the best homemade butter as well as ghee! I have seen so many videos being uploaded where they don't put yogurt in the malai and make the butter directly!
    I use this butter for everything I bake and it turns out PERFECT! #foodnflowers

    There is another easy way
    - Boil Milk then let it cool down and store it in refrigerator (you can use the milk whithout bracking Malai on to ).
    - Collect Malai after 3-4 hours from cold milk(this way we can collect all the fat)
    - Collect Malai for 15 days and keep it in refrigerator,
    - On 15th day take all the Malai or Cream and start boling it(keep on stearing). It will first became thicker then slowly and gradually the ghee will start separating from Mawa.
    Now you have Mawa and Ghee.

      Dear sir , this is the bad way of making ghee as it only gives u fat.... this way is better .... it is now proved scientifically
      .. the immense benefits of ghee are enjoyed by this ghee ..
      Ur way of making ghee will just cause havoc to our health

    This is not Ayurvedic method.. Malai ki dahi nahi, dudh ki direct dahi jamake usse Ghee banaye 🙏

      sheher mein desi cow ka doodh milna mushkil hai, upar se dudhwale Pani Mila kar dete hain, full fat milk mil hi nahin sakta. ya toh fir dairy se hi laao, par wo A2 milk bhi nahin hota..

      Yup .. I do that but please do let the malai curd mixture stand still for a few hrs outside the fridge so that it sets... Then keep it in the fridge till the next day...

      When we add yogurt in malai, after saprating the butter we can use the remaining white liquid as lassi, u can have it, Or in preparing kadi, dhokla and another dishes as well

      You can add curry leaves , cumin seeds and many other things for scent.
      And for long tym storing use airtight glass container and you can boli ghee again every 6 month.

      My Mom used to add betel leaf cumin and salt at the end. If betel leaf not available she used tulsi leaves instead. Very tasty .after straining ghee she used to add steaming rice to the remaining solid part mix and give us. 😋

      East to clean... Keep it in warm water and clean with liquid dishwash with the help if iron scrubber... Or very simple method, use aluminum utensils to prepare ghee... Thats it...

      25-30 kg milk you can make 1 kg ghee. And it depends on fat persent in milk.

      You need approx 4 kg cream...for 1kg ghee
      And we collect cream form milk everyday....after 20 to 30 days we collect enough cream for making ghee..

    Par mere yaha to aise nhi banate. Hamare buffaloes Hain. Mummy dood ka dahi jama ke or subha grinder laga deti ha . Usse makhhan alag ho jata ha or chach alag. Fir makhhan ko garam krke ghee nikaalta ha. Real ghee hota ha .
