    Whether or not it was true insight, I felt the RV contraction was abnormal from the 4c view. I would have been interested to see TAPSE or S wave , just to see if dp/dt would have changed RV evaluation as I do not use it in routine.

    Nice presentation. As an old veterinarian who's used to using his stethoscope, I wonder if the jet was an audible murmur.
