even without a buff I'm hitting 2-5k normal attack 14-20k Burst Dmg my soul focus is just pure Attack, Physical attack also Health (scales dmg for burst) and of course CRIT stats
You didnt build him right. Petra/glad set with a geo damage bonus goblet and skyward spine and he hits 1.3k normal attacks and 4k charged attack and his burst at level 9 easily does 30k without buffs

Imagine from the beginning of the music Zhongli tells the traveler the history of the war between rex lapis and osial. And suddenly at 0:26 flashback into the war. An army of milleliths fighting against an army from osial (water army). Rex lapis was there with Guizhong, Havriah, Xiao, Ganyu, Madame Ping, Moon Carver, Mountain Shaper, and Cloud Retainer on his side. At 1:06 Xiao launch himself into the battlefield and begin to help the milleliths fighting against the osial's army. Ganyu followed Xiao and continues to help him the battlefield. Guizhong, Havriah, Madame Ping, Moon Carver, Mountain Shaper, and cloud retainer also joins in the battlefield. Rex Lapis shows his skill too into the battlefield. The war kept going and the amounts of teamworks between the gods, adepties, and milleliths there were able to stop most of osial's army. Osial notices this and begin to launch his big water meteors attacks into the battlefield. At 2:16 many milleliths are being hit by the meteors, Xiao also got hit hard by one of the giant meteors (thats why he was familiar with this Osial attack style). Ganyu helps Xiao walks into safety. And then Ganyu says : Osial is to strong, we cant let Osial destroy this land. Rex Lapis : I have another idea (Just like what ningguang says when fighting against the osial). Ganyu : what is it?. Rex Lapis : you'll see. Rex Lapis begins to flys into the skies and At 2:55 Rex Lapis summons bunch of big rocks shape like a spear from the skies. Osial notices it and begin to rain fire (water balls) into Rex Lapis. Rex Lapis turn into his dragon and form fron his human form and begin to strike down with his giants meteors of rocks into osial. Osial water balls crashes by the force of the meteors. And soon The meteors crashes into osial and makes a big IMPACT and taking down Osial. This is just an idea from me not an official genshin lore

Imagine we're fighting the unknown god alongside the abyss, the traveller begins to get overtaken and then you hear zhonglis theme quietly start to play and it gets louder, someone calls to the traveller from behind and he turns to see zhongli standing with his arms crossed with the other liyue characters behind at his sides. As the beat drop on his theme, he drops a ton of meteors on the opposing enemies. Then the liyue characters disperse to aid in the fight. I feel like all archons and their nations could have amazing entrances to a finale.

Rex Insurrection is the best title for this epic version of Zhongli's theme. This part plays when the traveler is about to get defeated by the Unknown God. Suddenly, all 7 archons appear and decided to oppose the Unknown God with Morax leading the charge.
The pseudo voices is amazing, cos it sounds like Zhongli is rescuing the people calling to him, but the initial buildup would sound better without the drums, cos it's more about how Zhongli rose to power on his own.
