You recommend using wear offset instead of diameter and wear offset. Is there a way of doing that without giving up automatically probing tool for war using WIPS on a haas NGC?
Really great info. Nicely done. Would you happen to know ... How fusion dimension and carved out put are not accurate? Pockets in x dimension cut .3mm smaller than what the design measures? And carved paths in y dimension or direction cut .3mm larger than what is in the design?
Difficult to answer without more detail. It could be 1) you have “stock to leave” set 2) your tool is worn 3) your machine isn’t rigid and is deflecting etc etc
Much appreciated, thanks for your time. Definitely not 1, I think. Could be 2 or 3 ... On xcarve, pretty new to fusion, few months before personal license changes. Amazing software. I'll need to figure out calibration testing. Thank you again... Have a great break!
Great LiveStream, Thank you!
Great video, Thanks!
Sorry missed it today, but awesome as usual :)

Absolute nonsense. This is one who will NOT be renewing his subs next year!
