Cherry Blossom Hi I'm actualy playing the acoustic guitar for 6 years and I have some notions about électric guitar but in my opinion I would recommend to start with accoustic guitar because i think you can do approximately anything with an acoustic guitar but anyway It s your choice ! Hello hello~! I've been playing guitar for five-ish years, and I started off with an acoustic. Now, depending on what genre of music you enjoy more should probably lean towards which type of guitar you buy. Electric guitar strings are more flexible than acoustic, since people who play electric can easily bend strings, side up and down, and do all that other fun stuff. But, taking it slow and getting an acoustic guitar may be a good idea just so you get a feel for how the strings are, learn chords and their progressions and all that jazz! Good luck!
