- A friend of mine brought a Samsung galaxy tab A, he said that all Samsung tabs (Tab S5e, Tab A). he has, are getting screen de-glued and that too after warranty, i had already fixed one of his Samsung tab S5e and this is the second one he brought for reparation.
Please note that, after applying glue and switching on the tab if the tab powers On without displaying any image then disassemble the tab, disconnect and reconnect the battery , connect the screen and then switch on the tablet PC.

Yes Sir, you need to glue it but please remove / clean the old sticky glue before applying new glue or adhesive, if old glue is not cleaned the screen will detach again in few days and also do not use any super glue/ epoxy or glue that hardens, try rubber based glue or the one shown in the video but cleaning old glue is important. hope this would be helpful.

@@yatikaYatee-my8xr Hi, disconnect the screen, keep it aside,
Remove all the screws on the other part of the tab,
Disconnect the battery ,
Wait for a minute or two,
Reconnect the battery,
Fix all the screws
(please do not power on the device, see that you will not even press the power key by mistake),
Connect the screen flat cable,
Switch ON and check if everything ok.
If the device switches ON then,
Switch OFF the device,
Glue the screen and fix it.
Hope this would be helpful. If you find it difficult to follow, please give me few days and i will try to make a video on this.

What is the model of your laptop ?
For unscrewing see that the screw head is not damaged and the screw driver tip has not worn out, insert the screw driver firmly and give a sudden turn (like a punch) anti clock wise, if this doesn't work then try to heat the screw with pointed soldering iron/gun and try unscrewing with screw driver..... hope this will work...

once the ribbon is pull 90% tablet at risk and stop working completely because the copper pad wire is damaged .

How much does they take for doing in a shop?
If they are not replacing any parts, they should take only service(labor) charges and it differs from place to place....

If you take it to samsung service center, and if everything is working fine only the screen has detached then they should charge you for adhesive tape and labor charges.
I could fix it but my present location is Hubli, Karnataka.

Hi,@@kritiarora1918 , you need to disassemble (remove the bracket above the battery that covers even mainboard) by removing all the screws, disconnect the battery, wait for a minute and then reconnect the battery and reassemble, now the device should work fine. if the screen doesn't turn ON after this then need to check the FPC and or screen. hope this would be helpful,

I have the same tab... And the screen is falling out for more than 3 years but i didn't care much about it... But today it came out completely and i somehow pressed it back.... Now the screen is not working but i can hear sounds..... Is it better to take it to a repair shop now?

Hi, may be the flat cable is disconnected or damaged, if it is disconnected you can try fixing it by disconnecting the battery, reconnect the display cable and then connect the battery, switch on the tab and it should work fine. If the flat display cable is damaged then there are very less chances to fix the cable, in this case you will need to replace the screen.

Hello sir, may be the tab was ON when you connected the cable, disconnect the screen, disassemble the tab and reconnect the battery terminal(disconnect and reconnect the battery terminal), reassemble the tab, connect the display cable and then switch On the tab, if all works well, fix the screen. My tab's screen hasn't completely fallen off but the top right corner is starting to come off . So what should I do ? , is there a need to completely remove the screen ?
It is better to remove the screen and apply glue/adhesive completely or else later it will detach again.

If the ribbon is fixed properly then may be the tab was ON while fixing the ribbon, not to worry,
now disconnect the ribbon, keep the display aside safely,
remove all the screws that you see,
take out the cover,
disconnect the battery terminal from mainboard, wait for a minute,
reconnect the battery terminal to mainboard,
fix back the cover and fasten the screws,
See that you DO WILL TURN ON THE DEVICE BY ACCEDENTLY PRESSING THE POWER KEY. or purposely.
Now connect the ribbon,
Power ON and check, it should work.
if all is OK then fix the screen.
