Good morning thank you for changing the app I was one of your first delivery drivers here in South Florida I used to get excellent orders on a weekly basis and ever since they started the opportunity board and the new app I'm lucky to see a decent opportunity once a month now everything is 15% of the income that I used to make before on the larger orders I just want to let it be known and thank you for allowing me to make money as a driver
I'm in Mesa, AZ and I am an Emerald Elite driver. I still get cheap offers for 30 miles away. I hope this new app fixes that. I hate turning down offers, but I can't afford to drive over 30 miles for $30, and then have to drive back home. 😔
I wish they would send me the New Orleans orders because I am RIGHT HERE in New Orleans, and I get offers 30 miles away for 30 bucks . Really, come on now, yall 😒😒😒
@monique5021 I was playing with the new app yesterday and they have it to where you can actually map out the area you work! I haven't received a single order I had to decline since I set my pins. I believe you need to go to the portal and there is where you find it. I didn't have time to watch any videos yesterday on the new app which is why I just went exploring on my own and found it! Good luck!
My experience is the beginning before the AI system sent out orders it was good. You would think a company improves over time and experience. Not decrease pay and get worse as time goes on.
If you haven't had a chance to play around with your settings yet, here's a tip to anyone who gets orders sent from outside their preferred area...I was playing around with the settings yesterday and in the portal is a tab where you can go and map out your preferred area. Before I did this, I would get orders for New Orleans and Slidell. I don't go to those areas. I'm either in the Hammond/ Ponchatoula area where I live or the Covington/ Mandeville area where I do all my other delivery apps. Haven't had anything come through for Nola since I mapped my area! I hope this helps!

It's the same here in Boston, and when you mention it, they have a poor attitude about it
