Yacht Binnacle Throttle Control Head Repair

How I repaired a very cracked 45 year old Throttle Control Head. These are common to DownEast yachts and Hunter Yachts and possible quite a few other American built yachts from the 70's.

The new part just arrived from the States today. So I'll do a quick "update" video of the unboxing and installation in the next week or two.
