@@nit-arvind Sir thanks for replying, but I'm a existing student in nios, but I gave my 12th board exam from pu board Karnataka, when I went to the nios office, they said I was already existing learner, even though I did my 12th from Karnataka state board, they are saying they can't do TOC, the "Student profile" will clash.

if you are fail in 12th in Karnataka board then you can apply for toc in NIOS Board.
