I think a cute idea could also be just having one strawberry or flower design at the end of the sleeve, just before the cuff.
I agree. I don't think you need a full sleeve just a strawberry with leaf/flower side by side would look cool above the cuff. Plus I don't think you'd need the iron on fabric behind the design.

It's been on my product wish list for so long! Embroidery makes towels less practical, but I'd like to come up with a design idea that keeps it functional. Or even printed towel designs without embroidery.

just wanted to say that you talking about the business side of things (investments, stock, etc) is super interesting and helpful for someone who is also running a small business. sometimes it feels like everyone else has it all figured out so it's nice to know we all have ups and downs haha. excited for new shop update! 🍓🍓
I would suggest getting a pinking rotary cutter and cutting board for cutting the softening liner stuff. It’s a lot faster and easier than cutting pieces with pinking shears.
Also, I plan on ordering some Sassy Santa bags in a few months so that I have them here for Christmas gifts. I am sure that a lot of other people are probably planning to do the same. You should consider a bundle of just a few of them, perhaps with the stickers (and maybe even some gift tags). I am sure that they will do well for the holidays. It was probably just the timing that slowed down sales.
I’ve seen a lot of cute embroidered sweatshirts with small little designs near the cuff off the sleeve, I think that’s a really good idea as well as being a bit more manageable and easier to hoop the sweatshirts
Hi, I’ve watched your videos for years and seriously love everything you do! I also work for a print and embroidery specialist so if you are trying to get marks out of garments, try investing in a steamer, it gets embroidery hoop marks and scorch marks out seamlessly, Hope that helps.😊
I think the sleeve is very cute, however it's very taste based. For myself, I would prefer simplicity and just stick to the front embroidery. The add-on idea is pretty good imo!

I agree that adding the sleeves on demand is a great idea. Then you will never have to worry about having too many with sleeves and not enough without them. I am also excited about the blue hoodie in 4x. I am so glad you are size inclusive, and I am really excited about the blue. I think it will look great with the strawberries!
I’m a big fan of keeping it simple. Chest design and no sleeve design. ❤ The sleeve as an add on is a great idea for those who might want it.
I love the idea of doing add-ons for the sleeves, and the design more spaced out looked less "crowded" than when they all were together in a line. Tough I would maybe find the middle of the sleeve and have the middle of the design there. But unsure if that idea is do-able with all the sizes you will carry. Especially with the smaller sizes

I think getting a rotary cutter and mat will help with cutting stabilizer and the lining material. There are pinking blades for rotary cutters as well!

Thank you so much for offering the 4xl and 5xl right off the bat. As a plus size girly it's so exhausting being told by other small businesses that it "isnt doable right away" or whatever else. Not sure how much you spent on those sound panels but inquire about large homosote panels at your local home improvement store. They can be covered with fabric and serve dual purpose as a pin board.
I love the high contrast tag for future designs! It wouldn’t take away from the sweater cuteness, just add to it if anything!

I’m dying for a sleeve design it’s just too cute!! ❤ For me, just the front design is too simple for what I like on a sweater and would happily pay more as an add on made-to-order type of thing if the option was available! I’m not sure if the fabric those are made of would survive embroidery and heavy wear. Maybe a cute fabric tag with her name embroidery on it. I’d totally buy that. Love the limited edition idea.

Tie a ribbon around the tablecloth and fluff the top a little to help lift the tablecloth off the floor. You can use a cute pink or red as a pop of color.
I think the design is very busy thst one of each element may look better. Or if it’s smaller? I can even see two cute little strawberries by the wrist area think they’ll be cute too!
If you have a lot of christmas merch left at the winter launch you could make some bundles to help move that stock because its not selling as well as you liked.

Thin bed foam or egg crate foam works well on back of doors for sound control.

Use color coded stickers for chest / sleeves. Like green chest, orange sleeve, save yourself the hassle of writing every sticker.

I said this before so I hope I'm not being annoying, I totally think you should take your Christmas products to a craft market or farmer market, what ever works better in your area. I have been to some horrible craft fairs here in Vegas. I think it help unload some. Maybe a sassy Santa bundle cause they may be sheer but a 4pk for $30 works great for gift wrapping. Just a idea.

Release some of the tension on the heat press for thicker items. Just twist that black knob on top.

omg if the strawberry sweater came in black I'd get one in a heartbeat. Maybe you can add colors slowly over time after you figure out the process more.

Yes. There are heavy duty metal holders designed for tissue paper rolls that I think would work well.

Hey Baylee, I would like to suggest a smaller strawberry (or similar) on the cuff area. Much easer for you to produce. Personally, the row of strabs is a lot for my taste, but i know some people will love it. Maybe have it as an option?

I wanna start a small business like yours one day but don’t know where to start. Like I have some designs and ways to cut/print them but idk what I have to do to start selling things online without getting in trouble is know.
The main thing you need to worry about when possibly 'getting in trouble' is if any of your designs could be copyrighted. Disney are notorious for cracking down on that on sites like Etsy so anything slightly inspired by that or fan art would be tricky to get around but if it's all original art you shouldn't have many hurdles.

A realize this is all based on individual taste, but I think it is too busy to have the current design on the sleeve. I think it will compete with the front design. I wrist idea is good but is the effort to produce worth the extra touch. I know I would prefer front design only.

Live your channel. Try to use the walls as much as possible in the embroidery room. If all the tables were counter height you would have alot of storage underneath. ❤ ❤❤❤

It's just something you would never get otherwise and considering you have a very high quality standart I'm even more willing to spend more money than usual on such a sweater. They will damage each other. I did it once by having them pin it into foam (thick cardboard was not an option) but it was a lot of foam waste and big boxes to ship.

Some days I film only a little, and some days I don't film at all. If I want to get something done without the hassle of the camera, then I just won't film it. But as a whole, I like vlogging a lot!

I would like a full sleeve of that design but not as many of each of your strawberries and all of that stuff maybe just one of each but bigger and maybe reaching from mid arm to bottom of the sleeve before the pleated part. You do have a lot of stuff and it really wouldn't hurt to go to a small Warehouse that just means your business is highly successful
