Hell yes, I'm glad you mentioned L theanine. Even when I take pre workout in the morning, I add theanine because it kinda helps put me "in the zone" and stave off the jitters and anxious energy. Pre jym and theanine is a legit nootropic stack that gives me a good workout and lasts throughout my work day.
i remember my professor stating he takes GABA before he goes to bed and is also beneficial for people who work out ....what is your view? I already take ZMA before bed, does it have similar effects?

I taked it 4:00pm the go to the gym. After 6hours roughly 9;30pm i go to the bed and i can't sleep until 2:15am

I take my pre workout supplement after a 12 hour shift and still manage to hit it hard in the "jym" ! plus I don't have issues sleeping lucky me :)

Should I add creatine to prejym? I see it has 3g creatine but I've read you should take 5g pre workout for best results.
No you shouldn't, there is creatine in post Jym that covers your proper daily dosage
jim should it be 200 mg l theanine with the 300mg caffeine. I heard if combine the most effective range is a 2:1 theanine caffiene ratio.
