You are interested in showing how to do it correctly, showing alternatives all along with your funny comments. It feels always short although some classes are almost an hr long. Yay! A new class! I love this practice! I'm finally getting somewhat secure in my balance poses, and it feels very satisfying. Thanks for these wrist-free practices, James. It seems as if half the time either my wrist or my shoulder is grumpy, so it's great to give them a rest and still have a good workout.

Wonderful James! With the sun returning to lengthen the days, how about an energetic wrist-free class? I loved the side plank today on the elbows and I'd love to see if there are elbow inversions or more balances to gently build up/maintain my arm and shoulder strength? Keep them coming 😀
Great that the side plank works for you! I'll add in more forearm stuff in the next flows. Oooo maybe we will get snazzy and creative with the wall for some powerful postures! 💪

Oooh that's an interesting one. Some of the Qigong. Tai Chi I teach is thought anecdotally to improve bone density. I think long holds using strength are good!

You've read my mind! Thank your for a new workout. The pace was relaxing and the workout was challenging. My glutes were on fire.. Enjoyed the mind-body meditation to close the workout.Have a request for a 30-min power wrist/hands free yoga workout. Would love to see more squat/standing sequences - sumo, malasana, toe balances ( no pistol squats, please).
Hey Traci - that is GREAT that your glutes were on fire, it means you're working well and getting all the correct muscles engaged 🎉 Well noted on the 30 min squat focused flow. And yes haha pistol squats are a bit full on for ankles and knees!

Wonderful James! With the sun returning to lengthen the days, how about an energetic wrist-free class? I loved the side plank today on the elbows and I'd love to see if there are elbow inversions or more balances to gently build up/maintain my arm and shoulder strength? Keep them coming 😀
Great that the side plank works for you! I'll add in more forearm stuff in the next flows. Oooo maybe we will get snazzy and creative with the wall for some powerful postures! 💪

Oooh that's an interesting one. Some of the Qigong. Tai Chi I teach is thought anecdotally to improve bone density. I think long holds using strength are good!
