- Part 1 of 3 Towel Ring Handles. How to make towel rings without the messy buttons. No more pinching your fingers between the stove and the stove handle trying to pull up the towel. Simply drop towel ring over both sides of stove handle, then put your towel through both rings.
I designed 3 different types of handles for these towel rings. See each video separately for instructions. Let me know which ones you like best. Thanks.
I just happened across this, I was googling towel toppers...this is GREAT!! I love how you follow thru each row instead of meeting us at the end of the row. I made these instead of the connected towel topper. Thank you for saving me time
@@christygunter1941 You are very welcome. I'm so glad you enjoyed this project. I love being able to mix and match my towels with the rings and no messy buttons.
I want to compliment you on your no nonsense approach to your crocheting! You are not giggly you just get down to business! I’m an old crocheter for many years and now my hand are misshapen and sore from arthritis. Small projects are great for me. Thank you so much and I really like the fact I don’t have to work with sewing on buttons!❤😊
Thank you. And you are very welcome!
Thank you for this video. I had to do the first chain with a hook a size bigger to be able to crochet in the back hump on the first row.
I loved it! I’m making them as Xmas gifts. Thank you for sharing
You are very welcome. So glad you enjoy this is project!
Like this and how easy it is to make.
@@cathymercer7803 Thank you. I'm so glad you enjoy this project.
I was looking for one that didn't need a ring of some sort in the middle or a button. You're amazing thanks!!
You are very welcome!
So glad I found your channel thank you so much for your tutorials
You are very welcome! If there is anything specific you would like to see, let me know.
Thank you for getting down to business at least you’re not giggling and telling us your personal business and what your dogs have done

@@crochetbyshawn2407 how can I do this left handed?
Do you have a video that shows a better close up when you do the ch 4, count back then through the first loop?? Not sure what you mean on the chain to go through both loops.
You can watch the Treble Crochet Foundation Row Video as it shows up closer and shows going through "both loops" of chain. Also, I have a Double Crochet Foundation Row Video that will help with the 2nd towel video. Both videos are in the playlist now.
There isn’t two loops in a chain
Why do you use yarn, l always use crochet thread, always very neat, yarn is harder to crochet with
Thanks for your opinion. So why are you looking at a yarn pattern then? You need to find one that uses thread.
Do you go through just the chain 4 when making the trebles,or also the doubles?
Just the trebles go through the 4th chain. Go through the 3rd chain for doubles.
Do you have to use the back bump?
That is up to you. I use the back bump as it creates a clean finished edge in the ring.

How can I do this left handed?
What yarn cotton, acrylic or blend?
I used Hobby Lobby's "I Love This Yarn". It's a 4 ply worsted weight yarn.
@@crochetbyshawn2407 but my question is is it cotton acrylic or blended?
Found my answer. Thx
@@marthatorres3023 I used acrylic.
How did u do ring?
I started with a few chain stitches, then slip stitched the last chain into the very first chain to join and form the ring. Is this the part of the ring you are asking about?
What number is H hook?
H=8
5
Can’t follow directions your camera is to far away
I will work on an up close version of the circles to see it better.
@@crochetbyshawn2407 do you get a close up verison??
like see you make a dish liquid soap bottle apron or dress
Nice idea, thanks! I have something similar in the works, but will try to define it more for a soap bottle.
Also, it looked better when I did not count ch 3 as first dc.
