Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use
Fair use
Additionally, the fair use defense to copyright infringement was codified for the first time in section 107 of the 1976 Act. Fair use was not a novel proposition in 1976, however, as federal courts had been using a common law form of the doctrine since the 1840s (an English version of fair use appeared much earlier). The Act codified this common law doctrine with little modification. Under section 107, the fair use of a copyrighted work is not copyright infringement, even if such use technically violates section 106. While fair use explicitly applies to use of copyrighted work for criticism, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research purposes, the defense is not limited to these areas. The Act gives four factors to be considered to determine whether a particular use is a fair use:
the purpose and character of the use (commercial or educational, transformative or reproductive);
the nature of the copyrighted work (fictional or factual, the degree of creativity);
the amount and substantiality of the portion of the original work used; and
the effect of the use upon the market (or potential market) for the original work.[4]
The Act was later amended to extend the fair use defense to unpublished works. - Авто та транспорт
Honestly my favorite thing is that Barrera wasn't even doing anything fancy. He was sticking to the tried and true basics of boxing, and doing it so well that Naseem had no clue how to react.
A beatdown so complete, people asked if hamed had any clue on basic boxing.

Still didn’t down him though. But good fight from Barrera. Kept to his game plan.
@NewsFlashWeTheNewSlaves.13 like that's a take away 😂
Barrera won the mental battle too, the refusal to touch gloves, the taunting, the not playing into the princes stare down interactions between rounds, out grappling him, a mild disregard for being penalized, staying focused, maintaining that scrapper demeanor with a steadfast poise and calm was a fine display in the art of war.
Yes sir
Barrera was a hell of a boxer. Better than most you see on DAZN.

Barrera was a Don.
Amateur record of 104 - 4 with a 56 fight win streak.
5 time Mexican national champion.
Turned pro at 15 years old.
Very active, storming up the ranks, he fought and won 7 times in both 1990 and 1991, 6 times in 92, 93 and 94, all whilst attending university to become a lawyer.
He finished his pro career 67 - 7 with a 43 fight win streak and stopped 44 opponents.
A six time world champion over three divisions, his title fight record is 21 - 4.

@@AZ-wo4yg He was a talking shit dude, barrera destroyed him
fuck off ... naseem is just over drained in his training thats why he lost a lot of energy before the fight.. if he's not drained he may beat barrera.
Vincent Foronda to be clear naseem hamed was a king And a strong boxer had 37 wins 33 knock-outs, he was a big trashtalker Cause barrers watched all his fights And understood his game he Just kept throwing the jab So hamed doesnt dominate him. What is smart of him. After found 2 hamed understood that barrera knows his game And switched from strat he won the next round, barrera knew he changed his strategy, So did barrera then. Barrera is smart for doing that tbh. On the other side if iT was for both there first match hamed would have won Cause barrera watched old fights from hamed to understand his game What is kinda unfair, hamed is a legend has won 37 games And 1 loss. Kind of mad that he quit the sport Cause 1 loss. He has the best win loss ratio. If hamed understood the first round What barrera was doing the whole game would have changed And najem would actually use defense( What he usually doesnt do) But he didnt.
And of the story najem is the king of boxing. But barrera destroyed him. Najem has the best win loss ratio.
People seem to forget one thing, Hamed was not defeated by just a random boxer, but he was defeated by one of the best boxers of all time.
Yup...a hall of famer

Against Pacquiao he was overwhelmed but Naz's counter punching style allowed him to pick his spots.
Barrera was simply the better all around fighter.

fed hand picked opponents
who really didn't pose a threat.
Marco Antonio Barrera had
taken a loss and Hamed's
people wanted a name. They
forgot how and why Barrera
got a name and he lost a razor
close fight to El Tigre Morales.
So they made the fight and
Prince danced and tried his
unorthodox attack. He didn't
know he had a man in there
who'd die before he'd lose. A
hard man with a hard heart
and a mind that could not be
distracted from the fight be
antics and posing and hype.
He dropped down and threw
that loopy hook and pulled straight back and Barrera was
waiting. He came forward
with that Mexican style and
beat the shit out of Hamed
Made him respectful and then
later fearful. Barrera dropped
him once and staggered him
multiple times. Yeah, that man
from Mexico was the hard
place. Hamed was never the
same and ballooned up in
weight soon after this fight

This Naseem was bloated and slower.
Who cares? His confidence was second to none. He boxed a guy like Barrerra with a style that no fighter should fight in.. no guard up, taking risky shots and basically doing whatever he wanted-- like he did in any of his boxing matches.. It was just a big mistake vs a strict traditionalist like Barrerra. “The Naseem [Hamed] fight, for me, this was my best fight,” Barrera said. ” Because at the time, he was considered to be the best in the world, and also the best fighter and hardest puncher in the world [pound-for-pound]. He was unbeaten when we met in Las Vegas, and he was very hard and difficult to fight, and he had beaten everyone - seven world champions had fallen to him at that point.

Do people know absolutely nothing about Barrera? They comment about Hamed's power and Barrera's boxing, but this was the third incarnation of Barrera. Barrera and Carbajal are the godfathers of power punching among the little guys. They brought it to the sport.
The sponge guy at 37:14 totally epic job bro
Lmfao
Chávez y barrera mis ídolos desde🇩🇴
Joan guzman unos de mis favoritos boxeo Dominicano ! Hermano
man the beauty that boxing was, 23 rn and i just love looking back at these fights man. just greats doing great sht.
Many great boxers from Guadalajara mexico but after this fight for me Barrera is the best in my heart His grit fighting against odds to prove himself is the better man was truely impressive
#PoisonJones
Dancing smiling and clowning was not enough for Barrera. I can watch this every day :-)
I like how Barrera show no respect to Hamed and push him to corner in round 12😂 and Barrera head movement was amazing
Hamed don't desserve any respect, he is the boxing shame.
@@nopoliticanti-beaufsmythos3037 how come?
@@lame3997 at that moment he was mean, so i'm glad my fellow mexican boxer don't mind abut treat him well after all that circus
I just love the Mexican boxing style. It’s fundamental and beautiful. Mexicans are the best boxers. No dancing and prancing
Class!Well done,Barrerra!👌
This fight and that Broner vs. Maidana are my favorite fights I can watch many times..
My top 3 favorite fights - Barrera vs Hamed, Maidana vs Broner, and Ward vs Gatti fight #1.
What about DURAN vs Davey Moore?
Or Duran vs Iran Barkley?
Or Duran vs ANYBODY?
Or HAGGLER vs Hearns?
So many greats...
It’s sooooo satisfying watchin the trash talker just get smoked isn’t it? Oscar Vs Mayorga is one of my favorites because Mayorga was on BAD TIMING. And Oscar packed his ass up easy
Salute to Marco Antonio! You're not just a great boxer, you're also a great trainer, for this clown.
this clown has 31 fights in his career and won 30 .. 28 by knockout and only lost 1 fight
Abdullah Alarjane as soon as he lost, he quit the sport. he was a posing, prancing peacocking prat :)
Why don't u show off the skills naz showed then kbonez
because im not a professional boxer. i dont claim to be something im not...
MrKbonez Who won all of his fights but one.. Lol. You realize all of the showboating you see from this guy plays a huge psycological role during his fights?
A 23 años de esta pelea y sigue poniéndome los pelos de punta! 💪🏻
This fight, beating Hamed was his destiny and with it he wrote his name in boxing history forever.
Thank you Marco Antonio Barrera.
My respect to Barrera. He had no fear like other fighters against Hamed
His warrior spirit was not with him this fight he was shook when it came time to trade with nas
mexicans always beat the shit out of supposed champions, barrera whooped hamed, castillo whooped and gave mayweather his first defeat but got robbed. ruiz ko joshua and marquez gave pacquiao his only goodnight defeat of his career
Cris Bonilla Pac-Man second goodnight you mean
@@tinygangster6666 to be fair I think He played a cool smart game
@@pettwaymichael marquez was the first and only one to knock him out cold goodnight means knocking out cold
I miss this good old school classy boxers like Barrera. Everyone wants to be a sparkly flashy thing nowadays.
Old classic and great to see how a true professional boxer deal with a showboating clown.
Goood blesss barera 👍❤️🇲🇨
I wont lie, I 100% thought Nas would win this fight easily by KO. I didn't watch the fight live but when I woke up the next day I was in complete shock when I heard the result. Not only did Barrera beat Nas, he literally took his soul in this fight and prematurely ended Nas's career. You could see the psychological damage in Nas's last fight, which was supposed to be his come back fight. The scary thing is Barrerra wanted to fight Nas again just to prove that he could knock him out, lol.
H
Lee Knight "H" to you too, lol.
Shows the True Power of Basics.....in Any fighting art.......but Especially in Boxing......on another note, Spun me out too, brother, and I thought the same...But, Who Else, in the known Universe, Ever Dared stand in front of Barrera, showboating, and lasted the Distance...!!!....Legends, Both of em....!!!!
What allot of people dont know is that prince had to lose nearly 40 lbs for this fight which is just crazy, doing so left him extraordinarily drained of energy and dead on his feet for this fight, look closely at how tired and puffy his eyes look in this fight.
man woman so what? A pro don't accumulate all that fat. That clown deserved the beating he took! He started drawing circles with his right end and finished making bizarre faces when Barrera hit him hard. Those are clown moves and don't get you points nor rounds. Keep your hand up like E. Stewart told you and lose like a man. 40lbs... always excuses.
I just love this fight, Barrera will always be one of my fave Mexican boxer. He made Hamed looked like a fucking amateur here.
That's because Naseem didn't take him seriously. He boxed a strict traditionalis like Barrerra in a style no boxer should ever attempt, no guard, throwing wild open punches, -- he treated Barrerra like as if he was just any opponent. That means NOTHING -- Barrerra shoulda been embarassed he didnt knock Naseem out.
@@Unlmtdprogress How many times you comment that dumb shit? 🤣Cope harder. 🤣
@@Unlmtdprogress to be honest he played smart, he didn’t go for the knock out cause as clearly shown in this fight, Naseem was taking his punches like a damn beast and Barrera didn’t wanna risk getting pummeled by naseem if he missed his punch or it didn’t do the damage he expected it to do
@@Unlmtdprogress More like Nassem never developed a solid guard and couldn’t fight in the pocket so he got outboxed by simple fundamentals. He was good but overall style was garbage
@@ballislife9092 Naz had been out of the gym 7 months prior to the fight with a hand injury ua-cam.com/video/nT0K3-nd1BU/v-deo.html
Never gets old watching this little pip-squeak get the shit knocked out of him 😂
I distinctly remember most people in the UK being pro Barrera for his fight and was glad to see Hamed get humiliated.
He was a complete wanker inside and outside the ring
One of my favorite fights, Barrera retired him.
He did not retire Hamed.Hamed has injured hands
He retired because he eat a 🐄 cow

Lol - and that turkey received a very sound education in the ring.
10:26, ... God, I love this ref... One of the best, by far, in the business. He had Naseem's back square to him when he got a low blow by Barrera here and STILL, he knew it was too low... F**king amazing. I can only assume by the way Naseem reacted he knew it was too low... True professional...
Holy shit Barrera made him look like an amateur in the first round. This is my favorite bout in the history of boxing.
