For Innovation Management, go to LinkedIn and search for people who did that course & decide for yourself whether it's worth it. For MBA, the closest you can find are courses like this one - international.uni.wroc.pl/en/admission-full-degree-studies/programmes-english/administration-international-organizations-18

Hi Brother, Information you given is outdated i feel 1- VFS no longer accept the amount in indian bank need to give the credit card limit. 2- we can't open account in poland as we are in India and can't deposit there.

To be very direct, it depends on the type of conditional letter of acceptance you recieve from the University. If they want you to pay for the full year, then you must pay for the full academic year. If for 1 semester, then for 1 semester. To sum up, it depends on the University you're applying to.
