Complete guide to Apostille! How to get a document Apostilled in India?

- Hi everyone, if you're a student or completely unaware of what Apostille is, and how to get a document Apostilled then you have come to the right place, this is the ideal video for you.
If you want to do it yourself, there are three steps:
1. Get the document notarized.
2. Get the document signed by SDM
3. Contact one of the agencies from the list made available on the page of MEA

Following the above process, the cost will be only 200-300 INR
The way I mentioned is the video is to avoid all trouble, and contacting these agents, and they will do all 3 steps for you for a cost of 1500-4000 INR.
The most important element is that you must contact all the agencies and decide which one is best for you, considering the price. I called 2 of them in the video and they were both useless. All the best!
simple way is if you guys vsit to vfs and give to vfs agents they will charge they will appostile it
Sir im going to apply for masters in 2025 intake next year can i apostile my degree beforehand like can i do it this year only to save time and hassle also what documents i need to apostile for masters in poland? Degree, transcripts and do i need to apostile offer letter of admission too??
Your final degree needs to be apostilled.
Sir fir Russia if i want apostille on my PCC what i get from RPO will i need more other stamp for get apostille ( i mean MEA will require any other stamp for further process like SDM or notary) i asking because we getting PCC from RPO where already have some stamps so will it enough , pls answer

Hi, I am starting my studies in Poland in september. I am a high school graduate from India. I got my 12th certificates apostilled via e-sanad, so is it valid for visa application? Also for visa do I also need to get my 10th certificates apostilled?
Yes, it is valid. No need to apostille your 10th.

@@pran7588 You need to get the original via post, and then submit it to the VFS office.
sir i applied through e-sanad portal for apostillation and even paid the fee through UPI but the status still shows that payment is pending. what to do?

Sir apostile is enough for belgium student visa... Plzz reply
If your document was not issued in Belgium, than apostille is required for your document to be accepted by the Belgian authorities.
Whether it is enough is not my expertise, but chances are that you need other documents like your passport, admission letter, confirmation of the Tuition fees paid etc.
Hrd is necessary??
@@kaurjasmin8653 If the country has signed the Apostille convention, then you need only Apostille. No need for HRD.
If you are planning to go to a country, which didn't sign the Apostille convention, then you need HRD.
For Belgium, no need for HRD.

Is hrd needed for italy masters visa ?
Please call the Italian Consular section and ask them. As far as I know, you don't need HRD for countries which are part of the Apostille Convention, and Italy is a part of it.

Just call the company closest to your location, and visit them with your documents, explain to them that it is urgent and it shouldn't take more than 3 days to get the documents back.
