Yes I charge a setup fee, and I have changed to retainer and pay per appointment model.

it does both, adds them as a friend, then sends them a message. This increases deliverability and prevents you from getting banned.

How healthy are your domains? This might be an issue, also make sure that you are using copying the loom as a GIF when you are sending the email

2-3 meetings a day from 50 cold FB dm's is not likely. I wouldn't even expect you to get 3 replies from 50 messages.
Depends on the niche, but I’ve got many messages from people booking 3-4+ meetings a day right away. Usual response rate from FB is about 20%
