Him taking his eye off the scope is wrong. I agree.. however the shooter should never had been able to even gain access to that roof for many reasons.... There should have been someone on every roof.... They spotted him hours before Trump even stepped on the stage and should have been intercepted way before then.... There should have been communication between all agencies on site, period!.... So many epic failures that day.
