I use avocado with a mixture of green oils weekly, and my hair is growing like crazy, I already had long hair, but know it is past my bra strap. What was a game changer, was using clarifying shampoo, and conditioner. Shelf life products have no life. The young lady is selling a line of products. Know your hair. For example I stop flat ironing and blow drying.

YES! Finally someone confirms my suspicions. My hair has so much breakage, but I don't blow dry, or use heat tools. All I do wash 2x week. However, I use lots of conditioner. This was so informational... I use both conditioner types on my hair on wash day because I saw natural hair gurus did the same thing and their hair was as long as yours and I was regrowing my hair since I did a cut (I wanted my hair short). So I thought I should do the same and overtime I started havin issues with my crown( crown area has finer hair and a lower porosity). This makes perfect sense why I experienced so much breakage there ( I had to cut 2inches off my crown) when I was doing everything else right! I'm going back to my old routine, my hair was thriving then, guess what isnt broke don't need fixing.

The Curl Restoring Treatment is one of my favorites! I'm most definitely stocking up with the sale!

Does it restore your hair back to normal? I’m a male and left Product in my hair overnight and my curl pattern doesn’t look the same and keeps falling out when I get in the shower but I don’t wanna cut my hair. I’ve tried other restoration products but it doesn’t work for my hair. My hair texture is about a 3c

1:50 thank you for sharing the science behind skipping rinse out conditioners before deep treatments. So glad I followed my instincts! I don't use rinse out conditioners if I plan to deep condition, to save on time. That's why my deep conditioner has to have amazing slip to detangle.

Great tips as always Mo... I was wondering why I wasn't seeing the results I wanted when I cleanse, condition and then deep condition my hair. You've answered that question... now I have all this conditioner thinking doing the 3 steps was what I needed. I guess I'll have to use my rinse out conditioners as a pre-poo before cleansing my hair. Thanks for posting!
