I had learned 5 things ie 1. You are craftsman and wherever we are working we should work with purpose for which we are working once this activity gets completed we should feel satisfied and happy soul. 2. One should give his best whatever activities he/she is doing. Get out of "IF MODEL". 3. Set Your Direction Goal Setting will automatically happens. 4 If you achive your goal yes or no, don't regret see the positivity and learn out of it and move on 5.Onece you set goals, indulge in process of it don't work from result oriented but process oriented person.

I like his speech and I watched most of them, but they look like exactly the same even the examples. I wish he could give different examples and explainses it several ways so it will help us to understand the concept much better.
