Topless Baker I wanted to give you a update on what I did Firstly thank you for helping ☺️ Im really trying to take as much advice I can 2nd I ended up using regular buttercream and it actually came out decent ! It wasn’t as pretty as yours but for practicing it wasn’t bad I wish I took a pic to show you lol I used the same piping tip but it still looked lifeless ☹️ Lol
I made something like this for my sister's birthday cake last year, the inside was a rainbow cake and the outside was covered with pink and purple roses. Yours looks much better though.

Damn, I never thought I could make a flower for a cake, but this makes me realize that I actually have a chance of doing it. The end was funny, because it reminded me of Pee Wee Herman. LoL
352 is not a petal tip, it is a LEAF tip. 104 IS called a petal tip, not a “rose” tip. 104 makes the petals of the rose and can be used to make the petals of other types of frosting flowers. 199 is called an open star tip. You should really call things what they are in case your viewers want to learn about and find the actual tips you used.

I prefer using swiss meringue buttercream because I find it is softer but you can totally try american buttercream too!
