Studying a classical music degree means I'm stationary a lot of the time, so last year, to improve my fitness and mental health, I started pole dancing classes. I'm not a natural dancer and there's a lot of stigma around the sport, so it was well outside my comfort bubble. The strength and flexibility I've gained has been amazing for my confidence!! Some other hobbies I like are reading, hiking, boardgames and knitting, especially in winter. Thank you both for sharing 💛

My hobbies are so boring 😂 I love listening to musical theatre soundtracks, I’m OBSESSED with word searches I keeps me off my phone, or anything to do with musicals that also goes for the history of the theatre itself
I was painting as you were talking about hobbies and said painting. Yeah I'm in year 12 now and even from year 7 they were telling us that we needed to start thinking of careers and what we would like to do when we leave school like as a year 12 now I still don't know exactly besides wanting to be creative as I'm into art and textiles and anything with creative thinking like how is a tiny undeveloped year 7 supposed to know. I ended up leaving that school and now do online and has little helped my stress levels and anxiety but as the year is moving on I still feel unprepared to finish high school this year
I started to do paint and sip with friends and it was good for my anxiety to get out and being comfortable with friends my friend and I just bring water and snacks usually
I had no clue that we had the same birthday and it absolutely just made my day that I share my birthday with my idols I look up to you guys and your videos always make me smile when I’m sad ❤
i can't wait for your independence era when you move out. i feel like you will be outside of your comfort zone and i think that will be the best thing that will happen to you. i know you always have your sister but i think you should try to go out and do things by yourself. I feel as though you need to be uncomfortable to get to know yourself and that will help you tremendously to get in touch w the outside world. Much love
