Nice Overview of the Model Homes-- I am not ready for 55 + yet :-)
I will be 55 soon but I have a 15 year old so I will have to wait.
Awesome video,I have to wait until 2 years ill be 55 then hopefully there will be a home then waiting for me. Lol!
You can actually buy a home if you are under 55. They allow a small percentage for people under 55 but they only allow it on new build homes.
Are these only open to 55+ or would 53 pass?
They do allow a % of people under 55 to buy, but only with the new builds not resales. I have had 2 sets of buyers younger than you buy. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you want to know more.
