Your unda shawl turned out so good! I like that it's mostly garter with just the small pop of brioche, it feels more doable than a 100% brioche shawl. Also, I'm typically not a big fan of crochet garments, but your tesselation tee is so gorgeous! I might just be tempted to try one myself.
Oh my goodness, your hair looks amazing! Your crochet turned out perfectly! And it looks amazing on you! I love that your parents came to visit, they're so cute! Have the best vacation ever!
Lovely hair and knitting projects😍 I usually use my scrap yarn to crochet a basket with 3 or 4 strands and 6.5mm crochet hook😁 I always need a basket to organize stuff😊
Your shawl and tee turned out so amazing!! Yes to giving yourself permission to stop reading or finishing a project! Proud of you for doing that and setting such a good example for others! Enjoy your anniversary trip!!
I barely got back into knitting again after a 7 month break. My first project I started is the Gradient Sea shawl by Expression Fiber Arts. A lot of my other projects I ended up tossing out, because I was not working on them at all. This project is a beginner project, and it's been amazing for a refresher.
I love your tee! It looks so great on you! I may have to add that to my list now that I’ve been successful in making a crochet garment during the cal. I also love the bachelor/bachelorette….I’ll be right there with ya Monday night!
Good for you keeping up with taking your weekends and vacation time off. It is hard to do that as a small business owner. But it is so important for work life balance. :-)
My LYS has a bin where you can drop little scraps like that for others to take. Maybe if a store near you does something similar your scraps can have another life! Crafts like weaving are able to utilize very small scraps more than knitting and crochet anyway.
OMG your totally gonna look like Hermione at the Ball with that dress!! My HP loving wizard heart is bouncing off the walls with excitement for you! You could make a pompom with your leftover yarn to add to something like maybe your keys or bag to match for the day you wear it!
I agree with you! I much prefer weekly podcasts. I look forward to Thursdays. Your ideas keep me motivated and give me ideas and send me into knitting weekends with a smile on my face and eagerness to work on projects or make plans on WIPs or new cast ons. I even saw on IG that you stopped the Inclinations cowl and that prompted me to end a project that wasn't giving me joy even though the yarn was dreamy. So, I am keeping the yarn and exploring Ravelry to see how others have used this yarn successfully! Thank you so much! I am eager awaiting Sock Week. I am a LIS member but cannot do the midnight cast on party sadly.
Oh my goodness I love the Unda shawl. I am finally knitting the Skreppa as you suggested for a second brioche project an loving it. My other WIPS are screaming for attention but I am enjoying it so much I absolutely cannot put it down. 🤣 Looking forward to sockweek will be third year knitting along. Enjoy your vacation
Hi Natalie! Love your FOs and so glad you cast on your Up At Dawn Socks so I was able to get a peek at how they knit up before I start mine! 😍 Your hair looks amazing! Enjoy your vacation!!!
Those shorts... They're 80's-reminiscent, and that's how they looked. The legs would be super short, but the rise was high in front to accomodate the back coverage. They look right to me! (:
I love your philosophy of analyzing WHY you don’t work on languishing WIPs. It made me consider some of my pieces and helped me become motivated to pick them back up! (One is a lingering cozy classic raglan - the sleeves don’t fit so I just need to rip them back and start fresh. )
Hi, good to see you today! I love love your shawl and Tesselation Tee! I love your color combination for the tee the best of all I saw on ravelry. Have a great week!
Your Tessalation tee looks amazing on you! Beautiful pattern and you’ve made it beautifully! Love your hair too! As a new subscriber I have left it too late for the sock week this year, but maybe next year! Hope you enjoy your week!
Loving the hair, first thing I noticed. My curls never look that good, and I'm to lazy to use a curling iron 😂ya know even tho those scraps are single ply u could use them for cuffs, or all 3, you could always hold double if u think the single ply won't hold up to ware. There both to beautiful to not be used for something. Everything look so amazing.
Love your tee and shorts. I wish I knit as quickly as you do. My question today isn't about knitting. I'm curious if you've given up on your "This and Nat" channel. I miss seeing videos there.
Your Tessellation Tee is amazing, I love it so much! Also, I ADORE Keira Cass The Selection series - did you know it's being suggested to HBO as a series? I think it could be so much fun!
How you switched yarn in the Tessellation Tee is how I initially changed yarn in my Summer Sorrel. But unfortunately, it is showing through on the front, giving this weird diagonal line all around my sweater. I switched to regular helical knitting and it's better, but I can still see where the switches happen. I'm hoping it will all block out and not be noticeable. *fingers crossed*
The sweater is beautiful 🤩 and looks great on you and really shows your beautiful curves 😉 ! I love the color combination. The unda is very pretty as well. I typically don’t lean towards pink but your makes are enticing me to try it out. 😊 Oh, oh, oh, the shorts are adorable!!! 🥰 They look like they would be so comfy. 🤩🤔😆
This is going to sound really cheeky but I'm making a pair of pink socks for my grandson who loves pink however I bought some pink dyed yarn fingering weight but 1 25g skein is £5 so I was going to mix with other pink shades and colours any chance of a freebie or a competition give away with those two little peices or I'll donate a cpl ££ to a charity somewhere ?....cos those colours would be awesome in his socks

Hi Natalie your brioche shawl is gorgeous and the tessellation tee suits you so much ! Keep enjoying your knitting and crocheting Kaye x
I loved the photo of you with your parents, so sweet!
I am always the worlds most glamorous dog walker after getting my hair done. 😂
Oh my goodness, your hair looks amazing!
Your crochet turned out perfectly! And it looks amazing on you!
I love that your parents came to visit, they're so cute!
Have the best vacation ever!
I could see that pattern of your 'helical' showing on the outside of a project. It looked so cool.
Shawl is a work of art 💟💟💟😍🥰 colour and texture 🌟
Lovely hair and knitting projects😍 I usually use my scrap yarn to crochet a basket with 3 or 4 strands and 6.5mm crochet hook😁 I always need a basket to organize stuff😊

I love the colors in the Unda!
for small scraps i like making scrunchies. i just crochet around a hairtie with double crochet & then 2 or 3 in each on the next round and thats it
Your crochet tee looks beautiful! Love the hair. And you are missed when it's not every week! ALL THE BEST! Have fun! Kimberly

Your hair looks especially lovely in this episode! Thanks for keeping me company during my Covid isolation xx
Oh no! Be well. Hoping for speedy recovery
@@BecomingME thank you! Feeling better, just waiting for my taste to come back!
You could hold those sock scraps double and make a sea glass sweater (wool & pine)
OMG your totally gonna look like Hermione at the Ball with that dress!! My HP loving wizard heart is bouncing off the walls with excitement for you! You could make a pompom with your leftover yarn to add to something like maybe your keys or bag to match for the day you wear it!
Your tessellation tee looks so good on you
Loving the hair, it looks amazing, so healthy, the slightly darker blonde suits you so well.
Your Tasselation Tee is gorgeous. Enjoy the vacation.

Scrappy yarn idea: wool & pine just released a bag called the whidbey bag that could be great for using up little scraps!

I’m knitting a Summer Lee sock pattern as I watch this! :D I’m doing her “All the frills” pattern.
That's next on my list!
@@maddyacosta7931 they are very very simple, but so cute! I love them!

Your hair looks beautiful today :)
Hello from Mounds Illinois.

Beautiful shawl!❤️
Stash Bracelet by Riv Creative on Ravelry is a cute idea to use up small scraps!
Maybe use your scraps in one of your yarn cozies?
Will you be putting the crochet yarn cozy onto Etsy like you have with your other items. Xxx
The sweater is beautiful 🤩 and looks great on you and really shows your beautiful curves 😉 ! I love the color combination. The unda is very pretty as well. It’s tapestry crochet!
Do you still teach the perfect fit sock course?? I always struggle to get my socks to fit just right
