Hi are the front speakers and the back speakers the same size also how many speakers does the Smart 453 Forfour in total

In the doors yes. Just be mindfully of the gap between rear of speaker and window mechanism in the front. I used the same speakers front and rear. Ypu have more room in the back.
Depends on model. Mine has 6 speakers. 2 tweeters and 4 midrange.
Jbl version has 4 tweeters and 7 midrange and one sub

It will but getting to the speakers is slightly more involved

@@Zoidmau5Gaming on the fortwo the inner and outer door skin needs removing. On the fordour only the doorcard needs removing. The rest is exactly the same

@@Zoidmau5Gaming I don't currently have a video on that but there is a few good ones on UA-cam. It involves removing the front wing and a few other bits. It's not difficult but a little time consuming.
