Hi Everyone! I hope you enjoyed today's video! What a beauty the 135 was, looking forward to sending the 135 there next week! What do you think of the restorations?
Learned to drive on one of these, like yours with the square mud guards. My all time favourite tractor. When i win the lottery i will be making you an offer you will not refuse. Would love to own one in pristine condition...
@ollys farm can't wait to see your beautiful Tractor when its done and we have a international 383 and its got alot of storys and I want to get it restored
Enjoyed the video. There is really something to say about how well they made the older tractors. My 2015 New Holland Boomer 37 didn't even make it to a 1000 hours before the ECM failed. Cost me $4,100. Then had a subsequent sensor failure to the tune of $3700. Needless to say, I got rid of it. Bought a new utility tractor with a loader but looking at old school tractors for the heavy work. Massey 135's definitely on my list
Many years ago I was Tractor driver on a 300acr hill farm, MF65-Mk2 and a MF175. Another farm I worked on had the MF135, 3c, and I was very impressed with it. The only one to top it may be the later MF240, as it had been made a few inches longer, which helped getting on and off it and also helped keep the front end down when moving heaver equipment about. Yes you can put some weights up front, but who wants the weight rack sticking out the front? Thank you, very interesting.
Nice one Olly. Youngs know what they are at. That 135 is like new. I love to know what it cost for such a restoration, I'm thinking, an awful lot of money, but I guess, you get what you pay for. Its nice to see a young man like Nathan learning his trade with the older machines.
Olly I cant watch rn because I'm in school but I hope you had a great time at the work shop I cant wait to watch the video later! And also enjoy the rest of your evening!
The restoration is going to look quality. Such an exciting time when you’ll she her head off for the restoration. Great video you’re smashing it Olly. Keep up the great work
Great video. Restored MF135 & TE20 look great… always a debate about replacing parts like, steering wheel, gauges, exhaust pipe, wheels and linkage with replicas, but everyone to their own… Keep up the good work.
This looks awesome, the 135 will look great once it has been done up by the restorers. Hopefully, they will get it done this year and then we can see what it looks like before 2022. Also, I love how they are so chilled out about everything, they seem to know exactly what they are doing and they don't look like the type of people that would get halfway through the restoration process and then just give up! I am sure it will be great once it is done. I can't wait to see it when it is done! Jack aka limitless videos :)
I am absolutely excited about the 135 restoration the ones there look absolutely fabulous I wish I came to see you olly I live only 10 minutes away In burwell
we used to have an old 135 on our farm and i'm pretty sure we had a 165 as well! those restored 135's look very professionally restored and the paint looks amazing! great video and stay positive!
I think that it looks really great although I suspect that it was better than when it left the factory. It’s some 60 years plus since I used to go to my fathers workshops to see both new and second hand tractors and I know that some new ones were not as good as the ones in your video!! The worst were Nuffield’s which often had the odd oil leak and as they used to blow their differential seals allowing oil to leak on the workshop floor. So I hope all goes well with your restoration and I’ll look forward to see the finished MF135!
Funnily enough, I have been here before, we are rebuilding part of the overhead electrical network behind their yard in a month or so, looks a great set up, love that TEF
@@harrysemmence5046 Oops Ha Ha. We all make mistakes mate 😁 I read your comment and thought I don't remember a TEF in video 🤣🤣 Looks like a very interesting place to visit. Some nice machines there.
Hi Olly interesting to see how the tractors turned out, they look great, my brother has a Ferguson 20 or Grey ass (donkey) going well, and we also have a David Brown Cropmaster 50's model the peddles are on one side where the driver sits and the passenger sits on the other side, anyway nice video and be good to see your tractor finished , cheer's thanks for sharing.ie
Love the sound of that tractor. A 135 was the first tractor I drove. Can’t wait to see your restored, think I prefer the square arches/wings?. Can the lighting be upgraded to LED’s but still look original?
I'm restoring a 1968 135 (US version) and every one I've seen so far, ( either US or Europe) has a different shade of gray/silver on the grille and wheels? Can you or anyone confirm that these are a different color that the actual engine/frame or is it an illusion? Thank you!
Where can you contact them about restoring tractors because I would like to get my grandads done because we have been looking to get it done for a long time

Looked good that 135. Great video Olly 👍
Olly I think the 135 will look brilliant when it is restored but when you get it back I think you should put it somewhere so that it doesn’t get dirty
I hated it when my dad sold his 135. I am now trying to find one to purchase so that I can restore it. Thanks for being a 135 enthusiast.
Thanks for sharing
Was my total favourite tractor as a child I loved helping the farmer from my village when I was just 8 back in the 1970’s lots of great memories
Lovely little tractor when I worked on the farm we had a 35x and a 135 with multi power terrific little tractors.
She’s a beauty.. I learned to drive in a 135 when I was 8/9... lovely little tractors... wish I still had my grandfather’s from the farm..
i love maasey ferguson so much and i'm so lucky i have a 240s i'm so happy

Probably your best tractor. 135s are amazing. Bullet proof units that punch ( edit WELL) above their weight and i prefer fords overall.

Looks fine.is it possible to purchase original tsg tyres still somewhere?
Brilliant video Olly, thank you!
Great job, and that's an impressively well organised workshop. Would be interested to see the green cab you mentioned.
Hi, yes it’s tidy, cabs in the shed at the moment perhaps we’ll take it out ;)
@@OllysFarmLtd I think you should put a cab on the 135 and would be that exact same as it came new

I have never seen a TEF with a carburettor before. The one awaiting bonnet fitment looks to be a TEA20

Should the 135 not have the square mudguards
Nice bro How much
Don't understand the current fashion o putting a black exhaust on a 100 series Ferguson they always were white 👍👍
Install white colored canopy on it.....

That 135 isn’t fully classic the originals had white exausts
It’s probably just painted
come on olly you cant paint the chassis .... there isnt one haha
That tractor needs the white exhaust. And I thin you'd be safer putting your cab back on. Ads more to the tractor
great video
