Hi Sandra, I love how thorough your reviews are and watching you paint is VERY wonderful. Love your beautiful work! I have the 60 color set of Arteza gouache. I really like the way the colors lay down and the good coverage. I like working from a dry palette. The Arteza gouache really crumbles in the palette so I have to be careful to not tip the palette. If I did, all the little pieces would mix together. Another thing is that where I've mixed colors the paint peels and flakes off my palette. The pearl colors are a waste because they don't have much shimmer and don't cover well. As for the rest of the set, I love the range of colors but the pigments are so "neon" that I often don't like what I've painted because the colors are so intense, unnatural and in your face. If I mix the colors, it tones down the "neon" vibe and I'm much happier with the results. The reason I bought the 60 color set was to be able to paint large areas without having to mix (to avoid the problem Sandra noted in the video - trying to match the color again). Even with the drawbacks I've mentioned, I feel that Arteza gouache is a great economical paint. If I knew about the problems with the pearl colors, I would have purchased the 48 color set because it contains everything the 60 color set has except the pearl colors.

Thats always bin my problem. I mixed my own colours wen i had the himi miya gouache 24 set and i never got the colours i wanted. So i get frustrated and dind,t finish my painting for weeks. I am happy that arteza came whit a 60 gouache set cause i will not have a problem whit mixing colours. I am so happy i bougth the 60 colours gouache set😃😁 i loved you,re review on them and i love you,re flowers whit the bees painting

I bought the 60 gouache set too and today i ordered the 12 metallic gouach set. I love metallic colours. They are so beautifull i can not have eunough metallic gouache colours 😃😄😁
It looks like Arteza Lightfastness rating is in reverse order compared to Talens Designer Extra Fine Quality Gouage (+ excellent in Arteza; +++ Excellent in Talens)? I watched almost all of Arteza's tubes are three-plus, all have good lightfastness?
I found this set was on sale and I had a 36 dollar gift card so I got the 60 set for just under 11 usd. In the end, I know I don't need all that color but I'd like to spoil myself.
The 24 set I think has everything you need if you understand color mixing. The gray color is key to mixing new colors and keeping vibrancy

Don't worry the 24 gouache colors set is already a great set with good colors options! and exactly you can always get the bigger set in the future! :)
