I shared this video with one of my friends, I don't usually share my asmr experiences with anybody. But he said it moved him so much he cried, because it reminded him of his mum being extra quiet in the mornings trying not to wake him. So glad I got to share in that core memory with him. 🥰
Rachael Green That is a wonderful story!! I think there can be some pretty powerful emotional release that comes with ASMR. And what’s coolest is that you might not even *know* you could use a dose of emotional release until you find yourself right in the middle of it!

Dilly I guess it isn’t for everyone, but it is for my family. We are working 12 hour days from home with kids at home that should be in school. It is incredibly difficult.

DA rain Man cASSurole sewers used it to make traces on fabrics. Since ink would ruin the material, and pencils wouldn’t show up, soap is a good solution. I remember we used it even in schools, back in 2005

Chloe Chan Honestly I thought so to but I’ve used other videos (and probably this one in the future) for background noice while I read chapters for classes, and even if I end up ignoring and downing out the video, it does help so much with focus, because it just gets rid of any other noise. If you have trouble focusing on reading, highly recommend. Everyone is different but it definitely won’t hurt to try! I try to avoid videos with talking or major tasks that would take my attention away from my work...

I can't get enough of those hushed unintelligible whispers. 🥰 It's hard to find genuine whispering videos featuring pronounced consonant mouth sounds and minimal background noises that don't trigger my misophonia. Which is actually a lot of qualifiers... But you deliver! Thank you thank you!

Ahhhhh, fabric smoothing and ironing, paper tracing, smoothing, and scratching are among my favorite relaxing, tingly triggers. The soap on the fabric was really nice, too.

I LOVE the detail oriented visuals and set up with the inaudible/unintelligible whispers. I really like lists, repetition, tracing, some tapping on natural objects like wood and flowers, and that combined with the whispers. I used to have a lot of insomnia problems many years ago, but since I saw one of your videos for the first time where you so gently fold napkins you've made it much easier for me to fall asleep. ASMR has really been a great help and now I rarely have insomnia. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart not only for the videos themselves, but also because you've inspired a lot of people to make ASMR and I love so many of those ASMR channels because they are all so helpful fighting insomnia. i watch asmr videos because i find them incredibly relaxing, but i don’t usually get tingles from them. this is maybe the third video that has given me tingles (the others were also from maria) and this was the most tingle-y experience i’ve ever had. impeccable work here, maria. no one does asmr the way you do it; it’s truly one of a kind ♥️

I LOVE the detail oriented visuals and set up with the inaudible/unintelligible whispers. I really like lists, repetition, tracing, some tapping on natural objects like wood and flowers, and that combined with the whispers. It is so perfect for my brain and you do it so well and with such creativity! Thank you Maria! We love you💕

I used to have a lot of insomnia problems many years ago, but since I saw one of your videos for the first time where you so gently fold napkins you've made it much easier for me to fall asleep. ASMR has really been a great help and now I rarely have insomnia.

i watch asmr videos because i find them incredibly relaxing, but i don’t usually get tingles from them. this is maybe the third video that has given me tingles (the others were also from maria) and this was the most tingle-y experience i’ve ever had. impeccable work here, maria. no one does asmr the way you do it; it’s truly one of a kind ♥️

A year and a half ago, when I first found ASMR thanks to Maria, I used to prepare yogurt with honey for a little girl I was taking care of in London. Seeing her mixing honey with yogurt brought back so many old and beautiful memories.
