Happy Birthday Mr Robert Painter! Thank you for inspiring me to get stuck into painting. I’ve got lots of supplies (is buying art supplies a different hobby from actually using them?) but was hesitant to really use them. I’m not sure I have an artistic bone in my body but I do love colours and you’ve given me the push to start messing about with them. No pressure to produce “real” art just to have fun.
This is the second time today I've heard the term colorist, I had to look it up. I like color also but I also love light and shadows, shadows are fascinating, they tell stories.
