For those who do not live in NYC, there is still NO CELL PHONE RECEPTION between stations, so IMPOSSIBLE for passengers to call for help until train pulls into the station.
Same here in Baltimore, Md except you don't get any service /reception or wifi down in subway
And the craziest part is it’s common everyday to see someone on the train whose not right in the head or doing weird things on a train , and sad that it turned into this :(
