I heard that you need to wear a respirator when working with contact cement? Is this true? Because it's getting cold outside and I can't work outside, but I really don't want to buy a respirator to work with this.
it can be a bit longer depending on the room temperature etc! If you wait too long, for example over 10 minutes, it will just have dried out and no longer stick
Thank you so much for making this tutorial. It was very helpful.
These are some great tips as well. Alot of people forget how important temp is
Love these videos for beginners, thank you very much!

You can use it straight from the jar or buy a squeeze bottle

Dumb question, but how do i get the lid off? Ive tried everything at this point
I usually use something like scissors to have some leverage!
How can I clean the squeeze bottle when contact cement isn't liquid?
I recommend getting another one, cleaning it once the glue went bad Is REALLY hard to do
@@cosplayshopytdang.. are there any tips to prevent the glue for not being liquid anymore ?
Ohhh you have to wait? Dude I’ve just been slapping it on and holding it together lmao
That explains why my seams suck
